Staff were incredibly friendly and polite and the facilities were very modern and clean. Free wireless internet was great. My room was very small and did not have a window. However, I knew this when I booked |

The hotel is very close othe underground station. located in a very central and nice area. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms at the 6th floor are not really comfortable, because off their small dormer windows. Communicating door with the next room reduces sound-proofing, specially if your neighbour likes watching TV in the dead of night. |

Very good location to visit the city. Very nicely renovated 19th century rooms, lots of charm, with a hardwooden floor (so no durty carpets) and none of those loud colors you see in all hotels nowadays (rather soft and classy atmosphere). The room was large (was called luxury room -just one notch above the regular room- but was actually a small suite), and quiet (we explicitly had asked a room away from the street side. Staff was really very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very good: vast choice of high-quality food you could eat in a lovely restaurant. Coffee was Nescafén which doesn't match the rest of the standards of the hotel. |

The hotel is extremely well located in the heart of Stureplan and restaurants, bars, shopping centers happen to be all at walking distance. The only drawback is the lack of cosy, warm hotel atmosphere as when leaving the reception you get into a hall which resembles more to the an ordinary building one's. |

we did like our room on the sixth floor: new, modern, in big contrast with the lobby of the hotel (the lobby and stairs/elevators are more the classical type). our bathroom was excellent, with even a rain shower. the airco was nice too. the breakfast was very extended, there where some swedish things (like salmon, swedish bread,..) but also the usual (eggs, bacon, confiture, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, ...). all the staffmembers talked very (!) well english; the rooms where well isolated as we didn't hear any of the other persons staying in the hotel nor the outside noise of the stureplan square. the fact that on the sixth floor the rooms only had small roof windows. the hotel was located in the middle of the trendy-chic neighbourhood. we would have preffered to stay in sodermalm, the more populistic neighbourhood (but that's personal). internet acces only for whom brought a laptop. no computer corner. |

Lovely room and right in the heart of Stureplan so all the best shopping and nightlife within 2-5 mins walk Not cheap (but no more expensive than most other hotels of its class in Stockholm) |

Friendliness of the staff. The hotel is a beautiful building which has been sympathetically converted into a hotel without losing any of its original charm. My only comment was the lack of security when leaving our suitcase in the luggage room. When we returned to collect our bags, there was a different lady on Reception, so she had no idea who we were, so really anyone could just walk in off the street and potentially walk off with someone else's luggage. I think it would be prudent to issue a ticket number or similar. |
