La disponibilité du personnel, le nombre d'activités important (spa, piscine, repas, musée de l'automobile, karting). Un lieu spacieux et au design original dans un lieu chargé d'histoire puisque c'est une ancienne usine de savon. Pas de carte restaurant proposée puisque tois les repas sont au buffet (largement compensé par le fait que tout soit gratuit). Le personnel n'informe pas assez de la gratuité et mise à disposition de toutes les activités. |

swimming pool, spa & gym and unexpected evening meal included in price. very friendly and helpful staff. excellent value for money. no air-con or fans in bedrooms...it did get very warm |

The location was very convenient, close to the airport and just 15 minute-walk to Nyköping's harbour. The facilities are mostly new and it is very clean. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. |

Its about a 15min walk to the tranquill riverside town of Nykoping & 1hr by train to Stockholm.....great weekend getaway, good restaurants, freindly people. Obviously if you dony like walking ( 15 mins each way) I would reccomend you stay in the centre of town |

Buffet Breakfast The fact that when I turned up it was closed with no member of staff onsite and that I had to call Securitas to let me in ! A four star hotel ? |

Very accommodating staff, helpful and knowledgable. breakfast was very good and being able to get coffee and juice throughout the day was very useful. we were there at the weekend so the hotel was quiet and lunch and dinner was not being served which was a disappointment. |

The swimming pool, sauna and hot tub were great. Recommended after a long day. Staff were excellent too, could not do enough. very impressed! |

The indoor pool and spa was amazing. We were offered the use of it after midnight upon our arrival. The stay at the hotel is worth it for the pool and spa alone. The breakfast could have been better. Although we came down for breakfast 40 mins before it closed, no more hot food was put out. This was the only disappointing aspect of our stay. |

The friendly night staff who went out of their way to start an early breakfast the next morning, tell us about the surrounding area and all hotel facilities. Very pleasent. Heaters were a little cold and so had to use the plug in heater, but no big deal. |
