Lisa & Julia were totally delightful & just couldn't do enough for us. We arrived early in the morning ie flew in at 6 am & they were happy to get room ready for us as soon as possible. Great English speakers. Great Location to get to know the city. Nice & quite.Amazing to stay in a building built in 1605. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for the personal touch. Just a fantastic place. Because it was such an old building the internet was patchy but in the stairwell it worked well.

Very quaint and charming. You certainly know your whereabouts by the style and fixtures of the room. Loved it! If you are looking for a unique, out of the ordinary place this fits the bill nicely. Nothing!

The first thing I heard on opening the front door of the hotel was the friendly voice of Lisa, the on-duty manager. She could not have been kinder or more helpful, producing a delicious breakfast and dispensing useful information while simultaneously dealing with an electricity problem. The hotel itself was utterly charming and tasteful, and I immediately wanted to extend my stay. The colour scheme, the layout, the view...totally beautiful! As for previous comments about the low beams, I too am a tall woman (180cm), and it was not a problem to learn to lower my head. The hotel was never designed with modern-day Amazons in mind! The only thing I didn't like was that I could not stay longer, because it would have meant rearranging flights and accommodation for the rest of my trip. This is obviously not the hotel's problem....

We were very impressed by the quality of the room - it is a very old building which has been renovated to modern standards whilst maintaining its historical integrity. Lisa who works on reception is most helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, located in the midst of the Old Town, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Highest recommendation.

Отличное расположение. Хорошее оснащение номера. Приятный милый персонал. Необходимо учитывать, что в холодное время года температурный режим в номере специфический - холодно. А в остальном очень все хорошо.

Hotellet var inrymt i ett välbevarat hus från 1600-talet, varsamt renoverat och med passande inredning. Sängarna var mycket bekväma och personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Läget var perfekt för oss. Det fanns en rejäl glipa i ett av fönstren på vårt rum, som vi försökte täta med en handduk. Trapporna upp till rummen var höga och smala.

Det fantastiska i att bo i samma rum som folk bott i sedan 1600-talet. Rummet var också anpassat till moderna behov på ett sätt om behöll hotellets historiska karaktär. Brist på hiss, reception, room-service etc ingår ju i det historiska konceptet och hade förstört det lite om det funnits. Inget

Vi visste att vi skulle komma sent frågade om det fanns någon kall dryck i "minibaren". Då det inte fanns någon minibar på rummet erbjöd sig personalen att köpa några öl till oss. Dessa stod på kylning när vi anlände rejält försenade (SJ), detta uppskattade vi verkligen! Inget stort problem, men jag personligen gillar typ bacon o. ägg i frukostmenyn, äter det aldrig till frukost hemma men just på hotell är det såå gott!

Aivan ihastuttava pikkuinen hotelli. Täydellinen minulle ja meidän perheellemme. Kaikkialla silkkaa kauneutta. Söpö aamiaishuone 1700- luvun kahvilassa. Ei ehkä sopisi liikuntaesteellisille koska pieniä kapeita portaita. Ei tosin häirinnyt meitä lainkaan mutta hyvä tietää.

Eftersom vi ville bo i Gamla stan, var läget perfekt. Det kändes genuint gammalt,sånt gillar vi. Sköna sängar med sköna duntäcken. Mysig inredning. Man bör dock vara rörlig och ha bra balans för att ta sig upp till översta våningen och dessutom ha minimal packning. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och vänlig.

Underbar atmosfär, lugnt läge, fantastisk personal, men jobbiga trappor, känslan av ett gammalt (i positiv bemärkelse) Stockholm, väl värt att uppleva. Rekommenderas Trapporna, men de var ochså en stor del av charmen

Hele atmosfæren var fantastisk. Her blir du virkelig tatt godt vare på! Kunne ha ønsket meg ett litt større arbeidsbord på rommet men det gikk greit denen gang. Skal man jobbe bye blir det litt lite.

местоположение, дизайн номера и самого отеля, забавная круговая лестница, неплохие завтраки, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал отвратительная уборка номера, пол не мыли ни разу за 4 дня, если мы двигали мебель (например, разворачивали кресло), после уборки оно стояло ровно на том же месте, постельное белье не меняли, полотенца меняли через день, потом вообще дали на одно полотенце меньше, неудобный матрас, банные принадлежности не пополняли, хотя они быстро закончились, были проблемы с Wi-Fi, а еще никто не сообщил, что при входе в отель необходимо набирать код, поэтому мы минут 5 бегали вокруг и дергали все двери
