Friendly staff, ready to help. The room did not have air con. Small room with window opening on to terrace level so could not keep it open at night. |

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good service. Coffee was served throughout the day free of charge. Room was comfortable. Stayed with my sister and we got a room with twin beds and a small sofa and an armchair, very cosy. |

Breakfast, central position, staff was ok, bad tub, movie channels * Internet was not for free like stated on this website, so that was a bit a disappointment.* One time the vouchers of internet were out, so if I didnt have a credit card I wouldnt be able to use internet on my own laptop (there was a computer with internet in the lounge though * dusty under the bed |

Hyggligt centralt med funktionelt tyst rum. Varsin stol och bra läsbelysning. Frukost serverades sent vilket gjorde att man kunde sova ut.Lätt att parkera. Dygnet runt service. Sängen var hård, fast det var klagomål. |

Miły i uprzejmy personel. Dobre śniadanie. Bliskość centrum miasta, a zarazem cichy i spokojny zakątek. Pokój, a przede wszystkim łazienka jest czysta Nie było czegoś, co mogłoby mi się nie podobać. Jedynie cena jest trochę za wysoka, ale to jedna z cech wspólnych krajów skandynawskich - dla turystów z pozostałej części Europy, a tym bardziej ze środkowo-wschodniej, jest w Skandynawii drogo. |

Jeg syntes at Teaterhotellet ligger utroligt centralt og så er det gode værelser og en dejlig morgen buffet og det er helt sikkert et plus, at der er parkeringsgarage Det eneste jeg kan komme på er, at der manglede en stikkontakt på badeværelset. |

Utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt personale, mindre men velfungerende, hyggeligt, pænt og rent værelse. Ingen stress om morgenen og tid til lille formiddagstur, da check ud først var kl. 12 (men alligevel er der mulighed for check-in kl. 14). Vær opmærksom på at nogle af værelserne ligge ud mod en stærkt trafikeret vej eller en lille atriumgård, hvor der kan være folk. Personalet er dog meget hjælpsomme med at finde et værelse efter dine ønsker, hvis det er muligt. |

Bemanning dygnet runt i receptionen. Mycket trevlig och gullig personal med generös inställning och trevliga leenden. Mysigt med så många vackra tavlor överallt; både på rumsvåningar och i frukostmatsal. Trevligt med 2 vinglas på det lilla soffbordet i rummet. Det luktade litet inpyrt i rummet när vi kom. |

Vi likte hotellet meget godt, spesielt var personalet i resepsjonen meget serviceminded. Frokosten var ok. Det store problemet er trafikken på gaten utenfor Färsens veg, og den kan det vel ikke gjøres noe med. vi bodde i 1. etg. |
