A little bookcase located at the end of the hall at our floor level (the 4-th floor) contains books in different languages; you can read them on the place or take them in your room. I believe most of these books are left by tourists, my self I proceeded in the same manner! |

Location very good close to Drottninggatan and just 10 min walk down to the city center. Quiet street and a park next to the hotel. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Simply but nicely decorated rooms. Renovated and clean. |

Rooms are very confortable and clean. It was not taken into account the fact that I specifically requested an extra bed in one of the rooms I have reserved. Since the rooms were quite small on the 1st night my family that was supposed to occupy this room had to be splited in 2 rooms. On the second night, though, they moved them to a bigger room and everything was solved. |

The reception and restaurant staff that we met were friendly and helpful and were a good advertisement for the hotel. Especially the reception staff who created a good first impression and a good lasting impression. |

The staff were particularly courteous, the reception staff were also most helpful and very knowledgable about transport and dining alternatives. I am not aware of the bed configuration in the other rooms however my wife and I would have preferred a double bed rather than a twin room, in any case the beds were rather narrow, wider beds would be better. |

Great location, ad excellent value.The rooms are small but have everything you need.We were two young people travelling over for the weekend to sample the nightlife and the hotel was near both shopping and nightlife.The staff were very friendly.The breakfast selection is great and with great views! |
