The receiption is helpful. In the hotel has restuarant which close around 22.00. it is convenience traveller if come late to check in. Hotel room is ok and clean. Breakfast is so so, not so much chooice. Internet is good in every room.

Hotel location is far away from the central station and walking street. It is not good for holiday, but for business people is ok.

It was a neat old hotel feel.

The staff were excellent. The bar was also a good traditional bar, however, closed at 23:00 :-(

Great value for money! Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice private sauna. We also had a spacious room, which was very clean.

The location is not perfect: big roads around and not within walking distance of the city centre. However, we didn't mind, because the tram stop is nearby and it takes you to the Central Station (and other locations in the centre) in less than 10 minutes. Moreover, public transportation is very efficient!

Located just 10 minute walk to city center and i a suburban area. Nice restaurant/bar with good food and drinks.

Somehow in all the Best Western i stayed in the past weeks, the internet connection is very slow, can not get any work done. Opening a simple thing as the Facebook starting page takes 15 minutes...

Very friendly and profesional personel, nice breakfast, lovely bad. The cicy center is a bit far from the hotel but just 2 stops by tramp which is going every 5 minutes! Ice cubes makers on the corridor.

No refrigerator in the room and room too close to the street.

The food is high quality in both presentation and flavour. The hotel has plenty of character due to it being an historic building and the staff are friendly and willing to help and accomodate.

The lift is a hydrolic type and you could smell the oil when travelling in it.

The Bar and its staff are special,a good selection beer and the food was exellent.

Breakfast was to late for people who work 7.30 at this time I have worked one and half hours. Get flexable!!!!!!!

I like the library and the possibility of using the computer in it. I also enjoyed the buiscuits while I was sending off emails.The breakfast buffet was superb and spoiling. Well done.

I liked the salmon served in the restaurant very much. Being a vegetarian I had less choices. Perhaps the restaurant should expand its offering and include some soups, fresh risotto and pasta.

Very nice hotel and perfect communication with hotelstaff! Buy a Västtraffik X-day pass and it's easy to find the location.

Floor not brushed once on 5 nights stay...Everything else perfect proper.

The Sauna is a nice place to relax from a day in Gothenburg. Located in a residential area, there is the chance to use Styr & Stall halfway the walk to the city-centre. We thought this to be quite useful, preventing a long walk into the city.

The distance to the city centre is not quite walking distance.

Rooms were small but remarkably well designed and appointed for an old hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
