Staff were very helpful and friendly when asked about directions and places of interest. They were helpful enough to allow us to use the microwave in the kitchen to heat up the microwave food bought at the nearby supermarket. Kudos to all the staff there!! View was lovely as we were given the corner room. This would definitely be a place to stay for a few nites. Best Western is located quite a distance( approximately 200m- 300m) from the nearest tram station. However there is a small market place on the way.

The receiption is helpful. In the hotel has restuarant which close around 22.00. it is convenience traveller if come late to check in. Hotel room is ok and clean. Breakfast is so so, not so much chooice. Internet is good in every room. Hotel location is far away from the central station and walking street. It is not good for holiday, but for business people is ok.

Good breakfast table, quiet rooms, very helpful and nice staff, good location and the Gideon bible was in place. Nothing really except that the toilet was slightly loose in room 310 which I told the staff.

Great value for money! Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice private sauna. We also had a spacious room, which was very clean. The location is not perfect: big roads around and not within walking distance of the city centre. However, we didn't mind, because the tram stop is nearby and it takes you to the Central Station (and other locations in the centre) in less than 10 minutes. Moreover, public transportation is very efficient!

Located just 10 minute walk to city center and i a suburban area. Nice restaurant/bar with good food and drinks. Somehow in all the Best Western i stayed in the past weeks, the internet connection is very slow, can not get any work done. Opening a simple thing as the Facebook starting page takes 15 minutes...

The food is high quality in both presentation and flavour. The hotel has plenty of character due to it being an historic building and the staff are friendly and willing to help and accomodate. The lift is a hydrolic type and you could smell the oil when travelling in it.

The Bar and its staff are special,a good selection beer and the food was exellent. Breakfast was to late for people who work 7.30 at this time I have worked one and half hours. Get flexable!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel and perfect communication with hotelstaff! Buy a Västtraffik X-day pass and it's easy to find the location. Floor not brushed once on 5 nights stay...Everything else perfect proper.

a decent room, good breakfast, free coffee and internet.It was easy enough to find. It was a tram ride away from the centre but that was reflected in the lower price.I don't know why there was a need to charge for parking.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar/restaurant was conveniently located and provided a good range of food for all of us (we travelled with kids) The room wasn't great, and a bit of a squeeze for four. It was one of the rooms in the 'turret', don;t know if that made a difference. I didn;t see any others. We also stayed in the other Best Western in Gothenberg. The room was bigger and more comfortable (though more expensive too)

Very helpful and accommodating reception staff. Clean, carpeted room. Excellent Pub/Restaurant. Pub staff friendly as well. If you are there on a Friday they have a great buffet dinner for 45 krona - a welcome bargain for travelers! Very good breakfast. Neighborhood is quiet, if a bit removed from any attractions. Best to take a cab from the RR station, as we had trouble finding someone to locate the address for us on a map.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated all of our wishes. This included having our daughter who lives and works in Goteborg come to breakfast with us, of course at an additional cost. Additionally she was able to store her bike in their cellar one night when plans changed and she travelled by tram. The staff were informative about local facilities and transportation. All together a very good, clean, peaceful and inexpensive stay. There wasn't anytihng I didn't like about the hotel, although we did not eat in the restaurant except for breakfast. This was largely due to visiting our daughter, but the prices were a little high and choice was quite limited.

Trevligt bemötande av personal, bra frukost och att det fanns parkering som er låst på natten. Ett par minuters promenad till spårvagn som tog oss til liseberg och in till city. Ett hotell att rekomendera
