Cosy and friendly atmosphere. We are looking forward to returning again to this wonderful place

Hardly can we think of any drawbacks

-Access to slopes/skiing -Buffed dinner -Breakfast with special food - like lactose free, gluten free...

-The pool needs lighting (too dark to swim). -Hot tub’s need more heat :)

The location was perfect with nice view from the room, restuarant and spa. The restaurant served very good food for the money. The staff was very helpful and positive.

Quite small rooms and bed that sounded as soon as you moved. Easy to hear partying people on floors above.

The location is fantastic - we had views of the slopes and the lake. The pool and gym were excellent and open 6-9 and the views again from pool and gym were spectacular. Breakfast was extensive choice of foods both hot and cold. Ski in and out was very convenient and only short walk to town or you could get a little train to town or up to a lively bar up the mountain.

Cleaning could be more thorough we asked for a hoover ourselves eventually!

We loved the location of the hotel. The pool/sauna area is nice, the views to the ski mountain are great. The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are small, but have mini kitchens so you don't have to eat every meal out, which is nice. Great value for the location and service!

The rooms were a little small, but it doesn't matter because in Are you don't spend too much time in the room anyway!

First of all the room is very very small, there is no bad but a couch you use as bad. The room was on flor lever with the street in front of the windows. You have to close the blind to have privacy. In front of the window there was a very strong light and during the night even with the blind closed was impossible to sleep. But the worst was that I unluckily I forgot my room key in the room. Well the reception close at 20.00 so nobody was there to open me the door of the hotel and give a new key. It was a nightmare with the help of a friend I was able to talk with someone by phone and they give a code to open a locker with some room keys so I was able to enter but in another room... with out my personal things. I think this is very bad can you immagine if I had something important like medicine in my room... And they did not come to clean the room for 2 days I was there. Never again.

Tott hotel is just the perfect solution for skiers. Being able to access the lifts by just taking an elevator to the fourth floor is amazing. Add the in-house Skistar shop providing rentals and skipass and you can understand how the hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy åre's winter sports facilities with the least effort. Otherwise the hotel is quite ordinary, 5 minutes walking distance from the main square, with a good view over the town and lake and normal-to-good amenities.

Rooms are pretty small if compared to prices. Of course this is åre (and Sweden) so we weren't expecting anything cheap, yet they could have been a bit larger.

Hotelle bar preg av å være på tampen av sesongen. Manglet mesteparten av gløden til å ha kunden i fokus. Lite eller ingen interesse av å yte ekstra service. Liten buffe lørdag kveld, noe som for vår del gjorde att vi spiste kun frokost på tott. Fraværende betjening hele helga.

Spaanläggningen

Frukosten var "fattig". Endast fyra varmrätter tillgängliga i restaurangen. Personalen städade inte två dagar under vår vistelse. Övrig tid var städningen undermålig.

Fräsch toalett. Bra läge. Trevlig personal.

Rummet var så litet att vi knappt rymdes. Vi låg i en bäddsoffa. Tv dosan fungerade inte men personalen bytte ut den. Smutsigt på heltäckningsmattan. Tottliften stängd!

Bemötande, rum, SPA och frukost var bra.

Åt middag som var riktigt dålig och dyr.

Eftersom jag skulle iväg tidigt så kunde jag inte äta frukost eftersom den öppnade så sent

Skidepoet kunne vært ved resepsjonen og ikke ved rom.

Rummet var rymligt, ljust och väl planerat.

Inga parkeringsplatser.Vi fick parkera på vägen o hålla koll när nån åkte.Dåligt att hotellet tar bet för parkeringen av sina gäster

Ekstrem dårlig service i restauranten.

Det var bekvämt med tillgång till allting. Lugn och fin miljö för både vuxna och barn.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti laskettelun suhteen. Hissi vieressä, 20 m kävelyä.

Huone vuodesohvalla oli kyllä mielestäni hiukan liian pieni, vaikka loppujen lopuksi menikin, koska kylpyhuone oli iso, ja vaatteita pystyi kuivamaan siellä, mikä pelasti tilanteen.

Resturangen håller hög klass på kvällarna, trevligt men förlorar kunder pga av övrig hantering Städservice på rummen utmärkt. Läge, Spa-avdelning. Skidservice i huset. Lift utanför knuten

Okunnig servicepersonal i receptionen, kunde ej boka på Dippan! Djup vattensörja på gång-tillvägarna även utanför egen entre. Omklädningsrum utanför tillträdestid bedrövligt. Falsklarm mitt i natten utan ursäkt eller förklaring. Frukosten personellt under bemannad och ger ett skitigt intryck med porslin och matrester kvar efter tidigare gäster

Tott har ett suveränt läge. ski in- ski out.

För oerfaren personal i restaurangen.
