Ideally located : near a green park if you feel like running, not far from the shops of the pedestrian streets. You get 15% discount for the restaurant next door called "La Bouffe" serving excellent food. Go for the crème brûlée !!! Room and bathroom small but clean and practical. Sauna for max 2 people, next to a shower that you can lock.

Parking (garage) a bit far from the hotel, and costing an additional 150sek. Breakfast ok but not very furnished.

The staff were friendly, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. One facillity which I really enjoyed was the sauna, which was always available for use.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was very enjoyable. One trivial suggestion, however, would be to acquaint the staff better with restaurants and shops near the hotel so that they could offer advice to guests.

Excellent location, 10 minute walk from city center. Helpful staff, clean rooms with a lot of space.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was nice with a lot of space and well equipped with accessories like an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. It was very close to the city center, about a 10 minute walk.

The little extra, such as coffe, some cake and fruit in the lobby, for free. Excellent breakfast. Good beds. Friendly welcome.

They upgraded us since the room we were supposed to get wasn't cleaned. Very good location in the heart of Vasa.

I requested a double bed on my reservation, given a twin on arrival, had to get it changed and ask the reception to change to a double bed, which was done promptly.

Good idea of free flow coffee and cookies.Despite staffs are young they are friendly and supportive.However for room with basic function it should be cheaper and the Internet function does not work in all location especially in the breakfast area.Overall staffs understand the need of family people.

All was good

This is a good budget hotel. The service was very good. The desk person answered all my questions as best she could. The place is clean, neat, but not fancy. There is an elevator, but there is half a flight of comfortable steps to get there. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a typical European one of breads, cheeses, vegetables to go in sandwiches, bread, dry cereals, hard boiled eggs, sliced, and some other things.

The garage is 3 blocks away, uphill. It is a European indoor garage, which means very narrow spaces, as is typical.

Evething was just great. Location is excelent for a city center trip.

Everything in the hotel was excellent , Would stay there again 10 out of 10 for a great hotel and great staff

Price and location were correct

I had booked 2 rooms, 1 for myself and the other for a collague and used the credit card for the guarantee, unfortunately the hotel charged my card for the 2 rooms before we had arrived and I couldn't cancel as to make 2 separate bills. I got to understand in your site that the card was only used for a guarantee, not for payment, please could you check and come back to me, thanks Also the rooms need to be redecorated, probably they were in the process of doing so.
