Some facilities like Microwave , fan , electic kettle were good. the location of Hotel was good,too.The taste of tea was excellent. Some special food in breakfast like fish,Jambon and cheese did not have a good taste.(I did not Like them) |

Good location, very friendly staff, very good breakfast The surroundings of the hotel are a bit "strange" but then you realize you are just close to downtown and it makes de location of the hotel convenient. |

very quiet, nicer inside than out, good though unchanging breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Little extras mentioned in wellcome pack as in the room were not there, but needed to be asked for. |

The hotel offered a deal - 3 nights for the price of 2. As we are talking Sweden, this was a very, very good deal as prices are usually quite high. The staff at check in were excellent, friendly and helpful. This is ideally situated close to the waterside, Opera House and a short walk from the main shopping area and Central Station. The breakfast on the sunday was very poor because too many people arrived to eat at the same time. Lack of staff to cook and serve meant the hot buffet part of the breakfast was, at times, non-existent. This could easly be fixed by putting more personnel into this department. |

We have stayed in three-bed room, which was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very good with lot of choice. Location: five minutes walking from main square and ten from central Station. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We missed only Nutella at the breakfast. No serious drawbacks. |

The breakfasts were excellent and the location is particularly good for exploring the centre of Gothenburg. There was some confusion about the final bill with several customers, we noticed. In our case, they were going to undercharge until I pointed out there error! |
