24 hours a day there was someone ready at the reception. The breakfast was excellent. The bed slept very well. I liked that we could open a window. It was always warm inside. I didn't like the coffee that you had to solve yourselve. Our bath was leaking all over the bathroom if you didn't watch out. The toilet didn't flush very well. |

My stay was good. The rooms are big, nice, comfortable and quiet. Good bathroom facilities. I missed a restaurant and bar. Very slow elivator |

The staff was very friendly. Our room had a magnificent view of the harbor. We couldn't have asked for any better view. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices. Room is not huge, but incredibly comfortbable. |

Size of the room (had booked a suite) location The breakfast was a really bad experiance. The tables did not get cleaned, the flid was constantly out, there was a que, the people (2 persons) working wore training outfitst. It was bad! |

The receptionist was friendly and helpful with advice on seeing the city. Enjoyed an English breakfast while looking over the harbour. Its a bit of a walk from the railway station, take a taxi! |

Some facilities like Microwave , fan , electic kettle were good. the location of Hotel was good,too.The taste of tea was excellent. Some special food in breakfast like fish,Jambon and cheese did not have a good taste.(I did not Like them) |

Good location, very friendly staff, very good breakfast The surroundings of the hotel are a bit "strange" but then you realize you are just close to downtown and it makes de location of the hotel convenient. |

very quiet, nicer inside than out, good though unchanging breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Little extras mentioned in wellcome pack as in the room were not there, but needed to be asked for. |
