Efficiency in all processes.

location was nice for shopping & convenient for MRT

checkin timings.It wud be better if the checkin times are flexible i.e checkin should be made possible at any time.

I like that this is 24 h hotel -you check out just after 24 h not at 12 pm !!!

I did not like, that in the room no window and bed is not comfortable.

i thought when booking it was a bit mad as the room had no windows but when we got there it was ideal for sleeping as no light was getting in

It is located close to little india. If you wanna go to Little india, it will be OK. Close from Bugis station also.

We stayed in a room without windows. We expected small room but it was too much. Moreover it was so humid after getting shower (Even you could see the water dropping from the mirror), so you have to turn on the AC powerfully. The staff's English was not enough to communicate but it is OK. but the worse is they didn't try to communicate better..

The location is just perfect. 2 min from Sim Lim square, 15-20 min walk to Orchard road. Lots of local food markets and shop are around, most of them are 24h, which makes it easier for night travellers.

We had no window in our room. I always thought that it's not a problem. In fact it is. When we woke up in the morning - the floor was absolutely wet. Perfect hotel for good value if you get a room with window.

not far from bugis street , can find food easily around that area.goog services although room is abit small, but fair enough for me n my boy fren to stay there.

There was no drama at anytime. The staff were always able to answer my questions with a smile. The hotel was always clean.

Staff helpful and friendly. Really clean. Good location.

Very good value for Singapore! Basic but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Its centrally located

The reception staff is helpful. He taught us where to find cheap internet access down the street cuz we didn't bring our own computer. We were also allowed to check in before the official check-in time 2pm. And we were given a room with window even though our booking was a room without window.

Though it's clean, there are small ants crawling on the wall. And we wanted to keep our luggage in the hotel after check-out on the last day of our trip. But they couldn't store them in a room cuz it's full. So we could only leave our luggage in the lobby where everyone could access. Sounds a bit insecure, luckily, we managed to claim back our luggage without any loss.
