The air conditioning is good

the Hotel staff especially front office not friendly

It was near MRT station. good proportional with it's price

It's area isn't good for family ( that area is full of prostitutes) . the area of room is also very small.

Cheap, convenient because its just near to bus stops

Room space is too small and lack space/racks to store/hang attires

Water leak in the wash basing, freezing in side the room can not control the temperature. No cupboard . it was a horrible two nights which me and my sister both were waked.

Good hotel .all facilities around that area. Rooms bit small.

Its in Geylang and the internet was decent, it seems like that is the only thing they went out of the way for.

No pillow cases on the bed. You can't even open the windows. Its not a full shower just a hose in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling and sheets don't look changed

Daily hotel room cleaners did not steal anything.

Hotel room was very small. No cabinet. No ref. Restroom is very very small and the toilet was dirty.

The location was accessible and easy for first timer like me.

I usually like to stay in geylang when I go to Singapore. I usually arrive at the airport later in the evening and I find that geylang is very easy for me to get to via taxi. I know that I can get good food late at night and easily find a hotel for the night. I like the fact that I can checkout late the following day which ensures I get a great night sleep prior to my flight the following day.

The room that I was given was uncomfortable as the air-conditioning system would make a funny vibrating sound when the fan was on high. The bathroom was ok although it had a strange odour when inside. This odour was not noticed in the room however. I like to get a good night sleep in geylang prior to my flight so I can arrive at my destination with energy. During the course of the night the fire alarm went off twice for short durations of time. This made me restless as I was on the sixth floor and had to pack my bags and learn the fire exit routine prior to falling asleep. Im sure you can understand how uncomfortable I felt that night.
