The hotel is within 10 minutes walk to the Little India MRT station and is fairly priced. Room is not small so is value for money.

I find the hotel conveniently located with very courteous and helpful staff. As a frequent traveller to Singapore for McDermott I have asked the company to make this the hotel of choice for our staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice and clean and very comfortable. Close to all sightseeing, restaurants and shopping.

Lack of porter at the front door. Dealing with 3 suitcases was difficult!

we stipulated when booking our very early arrival which was not handled well, and awkward handling of our on line booking conditions.

Homely atmosphere, warm welcome by the staff, security (I had stayed in the ground floor and to enter my section of rooms I had to pass through an extra gate to be opened by my key card!), always a fruit basket is ready for the guests.

The room service should be prompt in making the rooms. Sometimes it was as late as 4 O'clock in the evening when room service comes for making up the rooms - which is unusual.

The central location and proximinity to Little India is desirable. I liked the hotel itself and its design. I liked the restaraunts in the courtyard in front of the hotel.

I had one meal in the hotel restaraunt, breakfast, and thought the service was confusing. As usual in hotels, it was too expensive.

In-room air-con temperature difficult to control; bathroom too small, especially the toilet area; DO NOT like that staff comes at 10am, ringing the door bell asking re laundry - I forgot to put DO NOT DISTURB sign on door & was awakened as a result - but I'm on holiday, DON'T WAKE ME UP!
