I liked that the staff was friendly and even offered us a free upgrade to a better room. The room was clean and their service was efficient. checking in and out takes awhile. |

Good water pressure. Internet connection was really poor; slow and intermittent. Ventilation system was so loud, it was difficult to sleep. |

Bad check in took over an hour. Noisy air con. Towels not changed. Noise in corridoors. Noise from corridoor speakers stoped sleep. Room service or maintanence over 40 mins every time. Slept avg of three hours per night. Both me and fellow guest on other floor. Staff tried but acknowledged they knew of these problems |

Nice and quaint. Hotel courtyard room had musty smell, perhaps due to previous flood water from heavy downpour. |

I liked the fact that I got an upgrade here for the first time, which was good. They don't change anything about themselves. Their regular rooms are rundown, their towels have holes in them from repeated use and daily washing, their rooms smell funny.I liked staff service on the first day, but it all went downhill on the second day. The staff went back to their original arrogant ways with a permenant "i don't care about you if you are not white" expression. |

The location is quite good as this property kind of a walking distance from the shopping place of Singapore. But no taxi stand by in front of the hotel so anytime we need taxi to go out we have to call first and they charge it for the taxi call. All area and even the room was dusty, bath room need to be renovation, tv channel was not good at all, old building, we order breakfast in the morning but the staff clear it up after 1 day in front of our room door. The room facilities are very very standard like a budget hotel. |

Close to little India. Also close to south Indian veg eating houses and other eating joints too. Also the metro station and orchard road etc are nearby. Proximity to Indian food joints is essential for travellers with children from India.Staff is polite and very friendly travel desk helpful. Hotel should give 3 bottles of water complementary instead of 2. While early check in was allowed. late checkout was not. |

We come to Singapore almost every 2 years or so. We like this hotel except the traffic noise. We were staying in room no 416 & 412. We couldn’t sleep in room 416 because of the traffic noise in the night & day. When I come next time I hope you want book me on street side rooms. |

Cleanliness and good ambience. I arrived at 6.30 am in the monring and could get the room only at 7.45 am. I was tired after a long business tour the previous day . I could have taken rest a bit earlier, if the room could have been availabe earlier . |
