Excellent service from all staff & lovely Tereesa in the the bar each evening made the stay more memorable.

I extended my stat but found it odd that prices change from weekends & week days?

Got one staff call steven in reception is very good.cause of him I stay one more night in Albert Court Village.

The room service food is very terrible.

All the Hotel staff was EXCEPTIONAL in their friendly and very service oriented attitude to guests.

Excellent location - electronics and non-electonics big shopping places are both very near. Metro station Little India very close, Bugies a bit farer, but still within walking distance. Bugies gives you access to the airport (direct line) and Little India - to Flyer and Garden by the Bay(very impressive, especially during evening shows). Reach choise of toiletries.

Staff member who supposed to show us the room didn't know where to go :) Some parts of the room obviously not in the check-list for dust cleaning - in general it was clean, but some places very dusty. Shower hose was repaired with some glue and it was broken again, spreading water all around. Maybe if I would have reported it to the reception, they would fix it, but I was too tired.

The location is good. Rooms are large, and very clean.

Room Service closes at 10.30pm. Customers arrive after 10.30pm will have problems for meals.

Very warm hospitality, from the moment we stepped out from our cab up until we checked out from the hotel. We even got our room upgraded to Club Room, which is of course nicer and with better facilities. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Jamal, one of the staffs there, assisted us with our luggage and brought us to our room. He's very informative about the hotel stuffs and surrounding area. At night, he sings at the lobby area and he even dedicated one song to our lil daughter the moment he saw us coming out from the door. And he remembered our names, how cool is that? Location is superbly strategic. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

No notice for use of Minibar. Rooms could have been more modern. Club Room and Premier Room were similar. Service was not very sensible. Parking access only with cashcard, Autopass didn't work. Spa only open from 7am to 7pm. paid for access but was already closed.

Large rooms. Many places to sit and relax, have a drink etc. Personnel is very friendly, helpful and smiling. Good price (discounts) Designed with a lot of good taste. Not too far from metro, nice walk on pedestrian street.

Breakfast location is too small, often there are no free tables.

The service is very marvelous. We had great time interacting with the staff there. The room is very comfortable, big and Cozy. Near to shopping centre.

the style of the area hotel ,cafe ,and shops cosy and relaxed in all around but outside the walls, a hub of exitment and lots to see so easy to get to.

There is hardly nothing not to like about this wonderful hotel,my partner and I enjoyed our stay,tho just for a night, a great hospitality! I must credit all their staffs with such excellence service,they are just the people who make u smile throughout your stay,right from the min you check in till those last hr you checked out. Staffs very prompt,tactful,polite and always generous with smiles. My partner and I are more than just pleased with everything,Merci beaucoup the whole team! :)

Location is damn good...wifi damn fast....

Well...i got charged on my credit card when I paid cash to the hotel upon arrival. Hotel said no charged on my card but my when I checked my account online it is charged...emailed booking.com twice but no reply...technical glitch?! Atleast reply emails asap. Been 3 days still no reply and money and means I double paid!!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The layout of the club wing has a truely luxurious holiday style to it. We were most impressed with the breakfast available at the cafe there, a huge variety of cold and cooked delicious food with a welcome smile and great service, coffee and tea was their first priority when we arrived as it was our first priority too, fantastic!

Very good room value for money. Good decor in hotel. Friendly staff very knowledgeable to advise on trip plans and also transport to Johor from Singapore.

Having to queque and wait for a table for breakfast - waited 35mins.

Everything was perfect. Great location, beautiful hotel and the staff are just amazing. So friendly and polite - especially Jamal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definately stay here again.
