Size of the upgraded room and bedroon very good. Staff at reception very helpful. This is not a 5 star hotel. The pictures show a different hotel to the one we stayed at. After half an hour of being there we asked to leave as it was not up the our standards and was falsely advertised on the website as a 5 star hotel .ie outside areas generally run down and cleanleness to a poor standard. As we had a non-refundable booking we only got an upgrade. The breakfast area was more like as canteen, with paper napkins and no attention to detail what so ever and staff presenting themselves as if on a dress down Friday. Everything about the place is run down, tatty, broken chairs, upholsery marked and uncleaned, green slime in the jacuzzis and pools. The ground floor pool area hadn,t been cleaned of leaves the whole time we were there. The infinity pool was filthy with clearly damaged chairs not replaced and slime in the pool. Rubbish bags left outside our stairs for the two days we were there. Balcony was filthy and un-cleaned, we had to ask if we could have it cleaned ...twice !! The place needs a complete make over and is 2-3 star at best. I could go on but I'm bored and not used to complaining.- Be warned travellers !!

Room was cosy and bed was spacious. However the tv was surprisingly small with poor connection. Rooms were quiet and unable to hear disturbance/loud noises from other visitors Staff should at least explain or mention the facilities when checking in. We didn't know there was more than one pool until the day we checked out!

I liked how attentive the staff was. The room walls are too thin. I could hear every word that was being said by my neighbors.

A nice hotel with luscious grounds and very peaceful Room was very nice colonial decor. The hotel pools were both iin very poor state and closed. I got an eye infection from the pool. No staff at pool and at the only pool that was open there was no shade no staff no phone On the positives the room was lovely as was the grounds. Beach and convienience store is a ten minute walk. Spa is nice but very expensive. Resturant food was good but the decor is modern and cold in contrast to the lush surroundings. Gym is very very good

The rooms were well-kept and clean. The breakfast served was also of good variety and it was tasty! The furniture looks a bit run-down and there was little information about the spa facilities.

The suite was spacious with an extra large bed which was able to fit in both my husband and I and our 2 tots. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and friendly. The children's pools were rather dirty and not well-maintained.

The private-feeling environment was what I was looking for with comfy bed that brings me to the dreamland after laying down. Ample space in the entire room that you can run around. Bathroom was well maintained and furbish with basic amenities. There was even a fruit platter in the room that welcomes us! The Front Desk and the rest of the staff were nice and greeted us with a smile. The uninvited 'visitors' in the room like the relatively big ant on the table and roach like insect on the curtains. The In-Room Dining wasn't to my liking as I tried better ones in another hotel in Sentosa or elsewhere. Didn't expect the buggy service took awhile - we called twice and in the end we gave up and walked out from our Studio. The concierge should have informed us on the waiting time.

Electric bike is good. It is not comfort that wireless can't be used in room. And the breakfast buffet doesn't have many choice, but the fresh juice is good.

- Very resort-like, lots of greenery around which makes it very relaxing. - Loves the free-flow ice cream/snacks/welcome drink in the lobby during weekend. Very welcoming to see these amenities in the lobby after a hot day under the sun. - Pleasant staff in the breakfast room, and in the lobby - Floor tile is chipped in the bathroom floor, can be dangerous to young children. - Location is slightly far from bus stop or tram station which makes it inconvenient to travel around. Only shuttle that is provided by hotel is to RWS at around 9am. Maybe hotel can provide more shuttle service. - Housekeeping along the corridor. There are trays of food laying along the corridor which creates an unpleasant smell. There are Housekeeping staff along the corridor cleaning other rooms, not bothered by it. Maybe they can notify room service to clear it. It is quite a turn-off.

The spa facilities were wonderful and the all-day restaurant had lovely food. Very dissappointed with the state of the courtyard and plunge pool. Courtyard dirty - cigarette butts in the candles (they were there when we arrived and had not been removed on the day we left - 7 days later - yuk!!). The plunge pool water was very milky, which indicates that it is not being filtered properly.
