部屋の掃除をした様子が全くなく、ただタオルとベッドメイキングをしただけといった感じ。部屋のグラスも取- り替えていないので変えるように言ったら、部屋の洗面所に行って素手で洗おうとしたのでびっくりした。タオ- ルも毎日足りないものがあるし、毎日1人1本無料でもらえるはずのミネラルウォーターも言わないと置いてく- れない。 ただ、フロントのスタッフは感じがよかった。 ①上記に書いた部屋の清掃の点 ②ホテル内の案内がないのでわかりずらい。各所に案内板を設置したり、ホテルの見取り図を配ってもらえると- うれしい。プールを探すのにとても時間がかかってしまった。 |

The counter staff were friendly and we really loved the rooms. The security guards were very rude and questioned our whereabouts just because we looked young. I understand they were trying to keep intruders away because of Zoukout. |

Surrounded by lush gardens. The buffet breakfast was the poorest in variety and quality in all the hotels I have stayed in Asia for the past 20 years.. The air-con was not fixable although I did report the fault. |

courty yard suite was very nice. The ambience in hotel area was very peacefull and relaxing. Some ants spotted wandering in our room, but not too many. |

I loved the design of the whole resort , very "feng shui" . The room and bathroom were very spacious and well-laid out, well-equipped, beds were comfortable . The gardens in the resort were enchanting , food in the restaurants very good . I went to this hotel resort/hotel to chill and unwind , and did I chill and unwind ...!! Staff were very helpful as well . would have appreciated internet connection to be WiFi , rather than cabled .... |

The hotel rooms were very nice and well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly. I like the hotel surroundings, and think that they were well designed, especially the swimming pools. |

the children's pool was fun...my son loves it. strong sewage smell from other rooms during housekeeping and cleaning sessions. a huge cockroach was found on the room's carpet, crawling net to my baby. |

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. Just like the first time, we experienced superb service and enjoyed our stay in Sentosa. Amara is in a great location - easily accessible to the beach, restaurants and the food court. |

Modern and calm hotel with gardens. Very friendly and available staff. Spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Many choice at breakfast. Free shuttle to Vivocity and metro station, close to the city. Probably best location of Sentosa island. Too cold air conditionning in restaurant and small terrace. |

The roof top pool and the Japanese Rrdtaurant. Cleanliness of room very poor, even after infoing staff of cobwebs they were still there after cleaning. No soap provided and only one bottle each of shampoo etc so could not use shower and bath at sametime. |

Nice environment. The Courtyard suite was nicely done up but a pity it does not have enough sofa / chairs (only 1-seater sofa is available) to sit around especially for a couple and a kid to share the room. The door to the shower room does not have lock which makes it inconvenient to shower / soak in bathtub when you have a young kid around who is always trying to open the door. Other than that, good experience. |
