The jacuzzi pool at the courtyard was excellent for relaxing in privacy of our room. The four poster bed was very romantic and comfortable. The parquet flooring was too slippery. We nearly slipped a few times. |

the seaside was quite a distance, so near yet so far; the lifts werent working, the door access card had problem; and worst, they couldnt locate one of our bookings; there was sand on the toilet floor; we had 3 rooms - some stuff like clock could be found in 1 room, couldnt be found in the other 2,the scales were provided but none worked; |

Loved the staffs attentiveness an friendliness. Jennilynn in the restaurant was outstanding and went well beyond to ensure I and my two children Jack and Rosa had a lovely time. Joseph was also very helpful and friendly. It was fantastic hat we were able to move in at 7am after a long flight from England. The room however was not very clean. The floors weren't mopped and had stains. |

The air-conditioning could not be adjusted. When I requested for a technician to look into it, my request was forgotten and I had to ask again after half an hour. The technician was also unhelpful, and claimed that the air-conditioning system works on "ambient temperature". I was left hot the whole night. |

We booked 3 rooms for our family (with 2 young children), my brother's family (with 2 young children) and my parents. The hotel had a lovely resort ambience, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and classy in design and we were impressed by the service standards of hotel staff. The hotel is just minutes away from Palawan Beach, the food court and lots of other restaurants and eateries. |

Great service from hotel staff, Cleanliness and room spaciousness It was our 3rd Year Anniversary so requested for candles/rose petals for romantic setting but hotel charges at S$150++ which i find too costly. |

Close to Beach and attractions, shopping mall. My 5Y old son like the hotel, as i stayed there a couple of times Cleaniness is very bad, bed spread had a big white stain, had to remove at least 15 ants from the bed. Found food left overs under the sofa and bed from previous occupant. |

The resort was very peaceful. It's certainly a tranquil setting to unwind. The outdoor jacuzzi was a good idea. The location is also quite good. The Thai restaurant was excellent. The actual concept is good for the resort. Mosquitoes. My room was infested. I have now counted 16 bites. I booked the short break as I had been ill and wanted some r&R. I didn't sleep both nights due to the mosquitoes in the room. Very disappointing. I also expected when I booked a "suite" that I would have at least 2 rooms. I.E. suite. But it was just a slightly larger than average room. |

The room was spacious. There was a feeling of disappointment on leaving the hotel premises. The description of the hotel did not match up to the experience felt. |

Good base on Sentosa. Had good transport. lovely contemporary rooms. Pool area beautiful and luxurious. Breakfast was expensive and not value for money |

We loved the rooftop pool. Hardly anyone around at the times that we went there. The staff were very attentive and the resort was great for some relaxing time-out. |

This hotel is trying very hard to be a premium spa/wellness resort, but for the high cost we paid (we stayed in one of the Villas) the building construction / fixtures & fittings, whilst having the pre-requisit "spa styling" is generally of poor quality. Were the cost half what it was & the star rating 3 instead of 5 then it would have been acceptable. |
