Kind of run down.

A/Cs never worked. I slept in one room while my belongings were in another. They could not repair the A/C. I think they can improve the effectiveness of staff. They promised non smoking room but gave a stinking room They promised double bed, but gave two single bed

room service very slow, especially when requesting this service at the pool.

We would recommend this hotel. We got a king bed which meant we could sleep both kids without requiring extra bedding. Very clean, very comfortable. The self service laundrette meant we had a lower cost option to hotel laundry. A good business hotel, MRT station was nearby. Attached shopping mall meant you can eat on the cheap (food court upstairs) and feed the whole family easily.

The floor we were on was a smoking floor, so although we got an upgrade to kind bed room, we had to settle for a cigarette smoke smell coming through occassionally through the ventilation. Very strange windows on level 6 - above eye level, you cannot reach it. Curtains are opened and closed with remote control!

an adequate hotel for a short stay in singapore. located on the edge of china town and business district, and close to underground rail network

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. Only a 5 minute ride from the City Hall stop in the middle of the city and trains ran every few minutes.

All staff were attentive to your needs.

Beware the additional taxes in Singapore. i.e. Surcharges and 7% GST really increased the price.

Que esta apartado de los típicos tours de turistas y te puedes integrar un poco más en una ciudad tan rara como singapur.

Al hacer el check-in nos dieron una habitación con dos camas, cuando les pedimos que queríamos una sola cama nos cobraron un suplemento de 30€ al día por una habitación idéntica pero con una sola cama. No entiendo el porque del incremento cuando el servicio es exactamente el mismo. Tampoco se si es culpa del hotel o de booking. Me gustaría una explicación

チェックアウト後、荷物を預けていたが、ピックアップのとき保管部屋の鍵があけられないということで受け取りに時間を要した。
