Ambassador Hotel

It is accessible to the cheapest malls in town

the staff of the hotel are not customer friendly. they might distroy the image of Singapore as a tourism destination if not given warning.

The location was not bad, it has a big shopping center a few blocks from the hotel and the mrt station was close too

Bad smell, cockroaches, not clean, ac did not work, it's by far the worst hotel I have stayed in

stuff helped me to change the hotel to their better chain hotel.. all receptionist were helpfull but it is not enough for a hotel.

need to upgrade for housekeeping... no housekeeping at all. it was the worst room I've ever seen. Various kind of food packages was in the room and under the bed. Ashtrays were full and smell badly..

Just next to Mustafa Shopping Centre

I don't know which side of this building can be name as a hotel...... did not reflected Singapore Image as most cleanliness city.....

The hotel was quite good since I was looking for something that met our basic needs i.e. price and place to sleep. I brought my family there and we used the hotel only to sleep. My family said that the hotel was quite nice and the most important thing, they liked the location because it's nearby Mustafa Center. I would say that the hotel met the basic needs, but not for luxury or staying long.

The AC was leaking but we didn't really complain about it since we only stayed for 2 nights.

Close to the shopping centre.

I came to Ambassador Hotel, and I was transferred to another hotel because they said that the Air Conditioner in the room in Ambassador hotel was off, and to fix that will needs several days. So I satyed in other hotel which was not comfortable.

Though location is good but very dull ambience,not clean ,can find small cockroaches roaming around and not at all value for money.

Ich hatte mir auf Grund des Preises doch etwas mehr Sauberkeit und Komfort erwartet. Ich reise seit vielen Jahren als Backpacker und habe bisher hinsichtlich der vorgenannten Kriteren weitaus günstigere Preise kennengelernt.

交通方便，离花拉公园地铁较近；早上有早餐吃，较经济实惠；店员友善

较脏，有很多小蟑螂；没有窗子，不透气；第一天入住的家庭房间外面24小时都有很大的噪声，几无入睡，精神- 衰弱......
