The whole trip was excellent for me, especially when I have a young child. The space and facility were necessary for me. Plus the service from the staff were excellent, fast and efficient. Thanks..

Small issue... Our bath toiletories were never top up. We have to call for the services daily

Swimming Pool, Large Room.

Hotel is located in the business area that becomes dead in the evening. This location is good if you are on a business trip, but not good for a vacation. Bathroom had a very badly designed lighting - spotlight in the middle of the bathroom and very dark near the mirror. Miniscule breakfast with almost no food selection. Chef ignores dietary requirements of customers. Overall service was unacceptable for the price they charged. I would not stay there again.

the standart room was spacious and beautiful! I really loved: a) coffee machine in the room b) shower and bathtube c) bath and hair products d) free apples e) beautiful infinity pool f) location g) smoking area on the 19th floor h)washing machine with a dryer and laundry detergent in the room i) jacuzzi on the rooftop

1) Upon check-in i was told that i need to wait until 2pm to get to my room ( which i can understand and im aware that it's the common hotels' policy but i really didnt like the manner and the attitude of the guy on reception who told me that. He was kind of rude) Although i didnt wait until this time and the room was ready in 40 minutes. 2) When i extended my stay i wasnt informed that this time the breakfast isnt included (even though the room rate was the same) and i woke up earlier for that breakfast i didnt get eventually 3) also the breakfast is REALLY poor 4) the pool is beautiful but very small

The location is useful for the mrt station which is about 50 yards from the door. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a nice roof terrace and decent pool/gym if you want to do any exercise.

The rooms although quite large are not in my opinion well laid out for a supposed hotel apartment/self catering option. The bed is in the middle of the room, meaning no sitting area, there is a random small table next to the tv which you h ave to move out into the room to eat on, unless you want to stare at the wall. The kitchen area is actually in the corridor/hall and so is quite small, preparing anything other than basic items would be a challenge, you have 2 electric hobs and a small sink. All appliances are high spec though. In terms of quality touches i felt it was lacking, ie. the coffee machine didn't work, and took a day to get fixed, but then no coffee packs were ever replaced so no point in it being there. TV reception is not great and had to be fixed, after which i have to say it was fine. The restaurant was closed for re-furbishment when i was there.

Ascott chain of hotels have been a favorite of mine for quite sometime. The Ascott Raffles Place is in a great location, near many stores and sight-seeing venues. Key for me was also the value for price which was outstanding.

Everything was absolutely impeccable. Upon arrival, the card was in the slot, the air conditioner was on, someone had done a quick spot-check before entering the room. The location could not have been better. The standard room was VERY spacious, and very comfortable.

Perfect location just on mrt station Well designed / decorated room, with all facilities needed. Pleasant and helpful staff.

We visited the hotel for celebration of Christmas, while searching on booking.com, we initially attracted by this reasonable price, 5 star rating, and word of mouth from previous review. The Hotel located within cbd area, just 1 min walk from Raffles Palce mrt exit I, nearby beautiful Singapore River and many place of interest. It is quiet during weekend/holidays. Room is excellent, clean, and surprisingly big, with all kinds of facilities to cater for every detail need. The room have kitchen, kitchenware, tableware, washing machine, 2-door fridge, bathtub, rain-bath shower, cable tv, dvd player, Bose sound system, sofa, etc. They even prepared touch light inside bedstand drawer, scales in bathroom, and 2 lcd for you to choose to watch dvd/tv from bed or sofa. Their Lóccitane Shampoo and shower gel also smells great. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. Smile is always on their face. We did not have chance to try their swimming pool and other facilities, because the room is so great that we decided to stay inside there all day. Their breakfast is simple but never mind because they have all facilities in the room for you to diy if you like. Highly recommended! Great staff and location. Must get a high floor and good view room. Staff will advise you to go and eat at some big food court behind the place ... do not. The breakfast spread is minimal and not good. Room layout and facilities are excellent, suited for a long stay and family which needs some basic support.

Fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine. Nice bathroom.

No parking space. Nearby car parks are expensive.

The apartment smelled of damp and had 2 large patches of damp around the bathroom door.
