Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται SGD 35,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1.
Δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The location of the hotel was good. The tone of the language of the staff was not so good. No soaps or shampoos. Only one Big detol shower gel was provided. Towels were not clean. Will think twice again to select this hotel. |

Horrilbe Hotel!! Please avoid at any cost. If you want to sleep with flying cockroaches and rats in the toilets, you can book this rip-off hotel. The hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. Avod this hotel at any cost...Better go for Fragrance hotel for the same price. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and always helped with giving suggestions on travel, etc. Hotel is approx 5-8 mins walk from Mustafa Centre. Room was small. Although the bathroom was quite clean, it did not have any ventillation. Hotel is difficult to locate for first time, so they should give more directions on the website. |

Very close vicinity to Farrer Park MRT (get out at B gate) and extremely close to Little India and Mustafa. Definately a booker if you want to do shopping at Mustafa, biggest shopping mall in Singapore. The staff can be a little more courteous and can have information of local tours. And it sounded a little pricey. |

Front desk staff was good. The room cleaners need some training to smile and be friendly. Plants dying at lobby level elevator landing shows that there is lack of maintenance. TV reception was bad. Convenience to travel to the city, as bus, mrt services were nearby. For us nothing to complain as we were only going to sleep at night and out in the morning. The website picture of room is different from what we experienced. No internet facility in the room when all fast food places and other hotels are providing it free. You need to consider this as a selling point. |

Location. When we arrived, the room we were given was not serviced and was in a disgusting state. Thin walls, noisey. Second room we were given was much better. No refridgerator to cool water etc. Only one power point in the room. |

Convenient location to MRT and 24hours mall.Bathroom clean and hot shower & A/C works fine.Complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water.Kettle in the room. The room smells and bed covers were rather dirty(has stains which looks like some vomited on it and of course has a very bad smell). The room was not cleaned and we stayed there for 2 nites.Room was rather small and the cupboard was broken. |

The price was reasonable. Near to MRT station. Can easily get the stuff from 7-11 behind the hotel. Toilet was not clean enough (Has Ant). Water boiler heat element was rust. One of the lamp was fused off. |

The staffs there are very nice, kind and friendly. And it's surrounded by food shops and very nice temples. The bathroom is a little bit too small though. The bathroom is quite small, it wasn't too bad though comparing the price and its location. |

Good location, great value for money, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was no problem to arrange a very late-night check in, which we appreciate. We like the location, cleanliness and good rate so we always stay here when we come to Singapore (about once a year). The hot water was warm but not very hot - normally that is ok (it was fine) but because I had a chest cold I really wanted steamy hot water to clear it out. Otherwise everything was great. |
