Front desk staff was good. The room cleaners need some training to smile and be friendly. Plants dying at lobby level elevator landing shows that there is lack of maintenance. TV reception was bad. Convenience to travel to the city, as bus, mrt services were nearby. For us nothing to complain as we were only going to sleep at night and out in the morning. The website picture of room is different from what we experienced. No internet facility in the room when all fast food places and other hotels are providing it free. You need to consider this as a selling point. |

Except for the location of being in little India , this hotel does not have any other advantages. I want to see the criteria of 2-Star rating that you gave to this hotel. The stay was pieceful. |

Location. When we arrived, the room we were given was not serviced and was in a disgusting state. Thin walls, noisey. Second room we were given was much better. No refridgerator to cool water etc. Only one power point in the room. |

Convenient location to MRT and 24hours mall.Bathroom clean and hot shower & A/C works fine.Complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water.Kettle in the room. The room smells and bed covers were rather dirty(has stains which looks like some vomited on it and of course has a very bad smell). The room was not cleaned and we stayed there for 2 nites.Room was rather small and the cupboard was broken. |

The price was reasonable. Near to MRT station. Can easily get the stuff from 7-11 behind the hotel. Toilet was not clean enough (Has Ant). Water boiler heat element was rust. One of the lamp was fused off. |

The staffs there are very nice, kind and friendly. And it's surrounded by food shops and very nice temples. The bathroom is a little bit too small though. The bathroom is quite small, it wasn't too bad though comparing the price and its location. |

The interior of room is not cosy as seen in picture. TV was to highly mounted... room is not cosy. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station and Little India shopping areas. Clean room. Paid for what we expected. |

Good location, great value for money, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. It was no problem to arrange a very late-night check in, which we appreciate. We like the location, cleanliness and good rate so we always stay here when we come to Singapore (about once a year). The hot water was warm but not very hot - normally that is ok (it was fine) but because I had a chest cold I really wanted steamy hot water to clear it out. Otherwise everything was great. |

Hotelli sijaitsee melko rauhallisella sivukadulla, lähellä Chinatownin metroasemaa. Lähellä paljon kauniita temppeleitä ja mielenkiintoisia ruokapaikkoja. Huoneemme oli melko pieni mutta erittäin siisti eikä kokolattiamattoa!! Kylpyhuone kompakti ja lämmintä vettä tuli :) Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. |

esta bien situado si quieres ir a littel india y a 5 minutos del metro donde se puede comprar de todo. la puerta de la habitacion no son seguras. funcionan con una simple llave. te da la sensacion que puede abrirla cualquiera. |

Die Lage war ruhig - dafür auch relativ weit weg von der UBahn/Metro (ca 15 Minuten zu laufen) es war nicht sehr sauber über waren noch Haare von den Vorgängern |
