The hotel is within walking distance of the central part of the city, Orchard Road in one direction and Raffles Hotel area in the other. Metro and bus stops are afew minutes away. |

Great staff, friendly and professional, always helpful and very knowledgable and willing to assist. Excellent location with many of Singapore's attractions no more than a walk away. this was my second time at the hotel and if I am to return to Singapore, I shall stay again at the Bayview, I can only praise it. |

Staff attentive, late check-out not a problem and got two rooms next to each other so for practical reasons of staying with kids it was perfect. Cleaning very poor. Found old sock, two spoons a a couple of pieces of glass on the floor. Food nothing special. Internet in our case did not work. |

Comfortable modern hotel with all essentials. Good value. Very central. Friendly staff. Although we did get a late checkout as advertised (and the main reason we chose this hotel), it took a fair amount of negotiation and probably only because we had a small child with us - be careful with the 'subject to room availability clause'. Breakfast was included but of fairly poor quality. |

Breakfast was very well done.... Desk staff were friendly ,very helpful and very courteous... Hotel is well situated to Orchard Road. Room was actually a little small....... We have stayed at the Bayview hotel before, and previously we have been given larger rooms. |

The hotel staff were excellent, they let us check in at 9am and check out at 2pm instead of 12 so saved us lots of hanging around when we landed in Singapore. The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds and the pool was refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing. Breakfast was a good start to the day with a selection of hot and cold food. |

Management was very friendly and efficient. Reception staff were also efficient and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Location is excellent - close to MRT, and many bus routes. Within walking distance of Orchard Road, Raffles City.Taxis are available at the door of the hotel. Relatively expensive but probably better value than other hotels in the area. |

The bed was comfy and the pillows were great! Location of the hotel was really good - its at the end of Orchard Rd. The pool on the roof was good aswell. The dinner was awful - it was a buffet. We had to eat elsewhere after. The corridors of our floor (level 13) stank of wee every day....not sure why but it was like someone was weeing on floor every day!!! |
