Staff very friendly and helpful. Good varied breakfast and dinner menus. Thin walls ! Too much noise from next-door rooms. |

Comfortable modern hotel with all essentials. Good value. Very central. Friendly staff. Although we did get a late checkout as advertised (and the main reason we chose this hotel), it took a fair amount of negotiation and probably only because we had a small child with us - be careful with the 'subject to room availability clause'. Breakfast was included but of fairly poor quality. |

Breakfast was very well done.... Desk staff were friendly ,very helpful and very courteous... Hotel is well situated to Orchard Road. Room was actually a little small....... We have stayed at the Bayview hotel before, and previously we have been given larger rooms. |

The hotel staff were excellent, they let us check in at 9am and check out at 2pm instead of 12 so saved us lots of hanging around when we landed in Singapore. The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds and the pool was refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing. Breakfast was a good start to the day with a selection of hot and cold food. |

Management was very friendly and efficient. Reception staff were also efficient and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Location is excellent - close to MRT, and many bus routes. Within walking distance of Orchard Road, Raffles City.Taxis are available at the door of the hotel. Relatively expensive but probably better value than other hotels in the area. |

The bed was comfy and the pillows were great! Location of the hotel was really good - its at the end of Orchard Rd. The pool on the roof was good aswell. The dinner was awful - it was a buffet. We had to eat elsewhere after. The corridors of our floor (level 13) stank of wee every day....not sure why but it was like someone was weeing on floor every day!!! |

The hotel is in a good location in Singapore, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I was able to stay in the hotel and use the facilities whilst waiting for a late flight. |

The location is strategic, all the things you need is within your recah except that the term "Bay View"could not be applicablble because what I see from my room is only high rise building and not the view of the sea itself. Everything is fine. |

The location is excellent for public transportation. Very clean. Not a luxury hotel, but very good value. To complement their breakfast offerings, I would suggest they include packets of peanut butter or cheeses to provide alternative protein options to eggs for westerners. More whole grain breads would also be welcome. Fruit was great. Could update gym equipment and enlarge gym space. |

Clean hotel in good location. The pool is nice. The internet speed is good. Its a bit expensive for the kind of place. The breakfast is ok but not great. |

Situated in the art and heritage district - a nice place to stay in. The swimming pool on the rooftop is nice, the gym is rather small and cramped. |
