hotel bathroom too small and room too small. its only available for 2 persons.

Closeness to Orchard Rd, Sim Lim Tower and Square, MRT stations, cheap eats across the road.

Buffet breakfast on the footpath was ordinary, but OK.

Witihn walking distance to the prime shopping area and 5 minutes walk to major mrt station. Located opposite 24 hour indian eatery and 7-11

Room was very small, very little selection for breakfast and staff were not friendly, walls were very thin (can hear neighbors coming back and talking etc)

it is located at the central city district that most places are accesible.

we were given only one card for every room. in one room, there stayed two people; the other three. whenever one left the room, he had to get the key card to access the elevator. this meant that the people left in the rooms were groping in darkness. please give each person a keycard.

Ease of Transportation and cleanliness of the room.

Wish there are more rooms with view cos most rooms are sandwiched between two buildings.It get bored when the breakfast is the same menu every day. I stay 4 nights.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was possible to visit the city and without expending to much money.

Just in the middle of singapore, everything is easy to reach. Rooms are clean and stuff is friendly and helpfull.

Rooms are a bit small, but for this price more than expected. Breakfast is simple but good.

(1) Friendliness and efficiency of the young Singapore Chinese cleaning lady (2) Friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of the concierge (3) Availability of shower facilities when we returned to collect stored luggage in the evening after checking out in the morning of 1 Sept

The rooms were much too small. My room was approx 8 ft wide with a double bed, no stand on which to place my luggage, no chair (as there was no room for these), a pullout desk top, which when extended meant the door could not be opened or closed, no hotel directory, no bottled water, a bedside locker one inch higher than the bed, which guaranteed I hit my elbow off it.My family members had a twin room, which had only one chair. Buffet breakfast selection was very limited and napkins were sections of kitchen roll. The receptionist was very efficient but usually unsmiling.
