Staff very friendly. Central to all transport and facilities. Value for money I guess Cleaning of rooms very casual. Took staff about 5 minutes to do very basic cleaning and then they were gone |

Hotel room and bathroom was surprisingly clean. Basic but practical amenities provided. The fact that they offer hourly rates (which I think was for .........). Also the frontal facade of the hotel could be much improved to give a better first impression. |

Easy access to the main shopping areas; proximity to reasonably priced food in various courts and easy to catch a taxi. Rates that suit my budget. Had booked my room through the internet and I thought that I had a bargain but was disappointed to find that the walk-in rate was lower but because I had booked through the internet, I had to be charged the higher rate. |

The room was clean and very close to the Dhoby Ghat Interchange. The staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel used to serve breakfast, however for the price it charged now, breakfast was not included. |

the location was excellent. Good food near by, easy to get to the MRT, and easy to walk to several places we wanted to see. The breakfast was so bad we ate out after the first morning. I would rather have paid less and not had the breakfast included. Also the beds were rock hard and the bottom sheet did not tuck in so our feet were stuck to the plastic mattress cover and so not very comfortable. Added to that was the street noise that required ear plugs. It would be better to stay on the back side of the building. |

My stay at Bencoollen was a disaster. The valued of this hotel is not worth paying for. It is worst than a 2 star hotel. Rude staff and my cloths had marks from the iron . The breakfast and everything in that hotel |
