Huone oli niin pieni että sängyn ja seinän välistä pääsi kulkemaan vain sivuttain.huoneessa ei ollut yhtään tuolia.ja hyllytilaa liian vähän

Hotel is able to fulfill my request upon check-in though with a little hiccup. Housekeeping was good except the amenities is lacking even after the room was made up. Example the toilet roll and shower gel was not refill.

I like the location the best, and convenience in taking the airport shuttle to the hotel, and taxi back to airport.

Air conditioning was too cold for sleeping at night. I found I had to turn it off completely. On low it would have been just right if there had been an extra blanket in the room. Room is also quite tight.

It was run down, dirty and in need of a total facelift. Great idea to have an economy chain of hotels in Singapore but a better job must be done to maintain them. You could probably start with better construction. The quality of construction and room furnishing was very cheap and not durable for the type of traffic economy hotels bring in.

The location is quite near by bugis junction by walking distance and convenient store is near by.

unfriendly staff, tiny room, the wall is very thin, lots of noise at nite.

Suitable for Vegetarian as it is very near to Fortune centre.

The parking is poor. I have asked about the packing fee via the phone as well as over the receptionist counter. I was advised that it will be s$10 per night. After I checked out from the Hotel and exit the parking lot via auto pass card, I realised that I was charged $30.00 instead of $10.00. I clarify with the manager at the counter. He replied unhappily:" why you did not collect the complimentary ticket, now already charged, how? Nothing we can do." I wonder why don't anyone advise me when I questions and even during the check out point. So, I was shocked that he was so unprofessional and I just left as $20 is not much. But, this is a matter of principle but not about $. I wonder how many clients have been cheated.

the hotel is near to the city center, it's quite convenient as there are 2 food courts and 7-11 just opposite the road.

easy access to orchard road & there are two hawkers store available opposite the hotel

Is quite noisy at night, because there is a karaoke next to the hotel. Bath map should be provide in the bath room & bathroom entrance are quite slipperly after shower, should have floor towel available too, the exsiting one can't seems to absord water.

You have good location

We are moslem, We could not find the Kiblat/qibla direction while your staff told us that the info was just in front of the door. We used 3 of your rooms and none of them have that info. Your staff promised to come to show us the direction, but until we check out on the next two days nobody turned up.

Its convenience to the centre of Singapore

The rooms floor, benchtops and lounge were covered in cigarette burn marks. Place needs completed renovation

The hotel is near the malls, churches, bus stations, MRT stations, fast foods, museums and a lot more. Accessible to places i want to go to.

bathroom floor doesn't have a tower! Few very dirty walking to bed fr bath. not for kids or family as to many Pros!
