Broadway Hotel

The Hotel is wonderfully located,particularly for Asians visiting Singapore.It's a good budget hotel,in the midst of Little India,ideal for shoppers & those looking for Indian meals.Don't have great service expectations !! However,it's neat & clean with all basic aminities.

Some staff members insisting for tips !!!

Most of the staffs are good and well behaved. The management should provide T.V. with more channels. In stead od giving coupon of $10 ( $5 per person), they should arrange breakfast for the tourist.

We had a room facing the street, so there was some traffic noise. Nothing terrible, though.

The location of Boradway hotel is excellent, given the fact that Mustafa shopping mall is 3-4 minutes walk, farrer park MRT is also 3-4 minutes walk, and there are tonnes of indian food joints in the vicinity.

The hotel rooms needs to be refurbished. bathrooms are slightly small, and the floor carpets are not clean

The location, close proximity to trains, malls, restaurants etc. There was a price discrepancy between the confirmation we had and what the hotel asked us to pay, so without any hassle the hotel agreed to honour the lower rate of the two which was quite good of them.

1) We were given a Twin room which wasn't adequate for 2 Adults + 1 Child. In the end we had to join both beds to make room for 3 2) Room was more shabby than we had expected from the reviews. 3) We did not ask for the porter to help us but he came in on his own, he wouldn't move out of the room without taking a few S$ as a tip for dragging the suitcases up the elevator.

The location is excellent, only about 5-7 mins to Farrer Park MRT. THe rooms were decent, although a bit small in size. All amenities including TV, safety locker, phone, tea/coffee maker worked ! The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Room was cleaned and re-stocked with supplies whenever asked for. If in Singapore again, I would love to go back to this hotel !!

The staff could have been a little more courteous and understanding. Need to improve on baggage storage facilities for early arrivals/late departures. Need to improve on wi-fi speed !

i liked nothing abt the hotel except the approach road to little india and proper response to your booking receipt.

lot of insects in the room ,carpet never cleaned,very old and very stinking ,ac very small not working ,tv not working,rooms not cleaned at any cost even after requesting everyday not ready to acccept their untidiness, should never recommend this hotel to anybody as a 3 star as detailed in web site ,its only cheap lodging,no space for even hanging 2 sets of dress, can hear sounds from rooms, there is nothing good to describe abt this hotel.
