    location, facilities and rooms/villas very just brilliant definitely a place to relax and enjoy food was excellent

    They allowed us to bring our two lovely dogs. Awesome private pool. Spacious living room. Great service.

    They didn't allow us to do late check out, even though it was pre-stated in the booking that we are actually entitled for late check out service without any fee.

    Location

    Unprofessional staff: slow to every single request, e.g. A buggy or room service. Give it 20-30 mins to respond. Moreover, quality of service is questionable, given the janitor even placing trash bag on the sofa right in front of us. Room quality: room covered with dust, and a socket improperly installed in the washroom, kids could easily reach

    The hotel is well located on Santosa Island offering both privacy and close proximity to the Palawan Beach. A few of the island's attactions are within a walking distance. The rooms are modern, spacious and furnished with high quality furniture and bedding. The villa we stayed at had automation system to contol the lighting, curtains and airconditioning. The team of Personal Assistants at the hotel offered a unique and helpful service ensuring that we had every detail of our trip sorted out even before we reached the hotel. They paid attention to every detail of our stay starting from arranging transpotation to and from the hotel to selecting of our preferred pillows and beds for my children and from recommending tourist attractions to visit to booking tickets for those attactions. They are easily accessable and their service is for free! Special thanks to them. The hotel has two restaurants (one offered more of a Chinese/Oriental cousine and the other offered more International selections). There are 3 large swimming pools aside from the smaller private pools at the villas. The hotel also includes a world-class spa which offered a peaceful and private atmosphere. It is designed in such a way to have seperate male and female sections for more privacy. And there is much more to say about the hotel. In short, I would recommend it to anyone.

    The hotel spans over a large surface area, so I would recommend strengthening the Wi-Fi internet signal to have a better coverage at the villas located at the peripheries.

    Beautiful grounds and the three bed suite we were allocated was very comfortable. Staff very attentive and efficient. Perfect location close to the beach. The grounds are extensive and one should specify perhaps a room with a view, we didn't, arrived at night, unpacked and found we were in a dark apartment (7101) some way from the main hotel. THat said it was peaceful and quiet.

    Slightly frayed at edges; tennis raquets were warped or lacked grips and tennis balls were flat. Broken toilet seat hinge in apartment and torn poolside cushions but really these are very minor issues that should not detract from the overall impression of refined luxury, just markers for attention in the future.

    Great luxury hotel. Staff were very friendly and rooms were large and well appointed. Definitely 5 star.

    Limited menu choices and prices were geared toward 5 star property. Food was good but not great for the price. Sea view was of major commercial shipping lanes.

    Excellent service; kids friendly;

    Transportation is not convenient as well thought, especially all the way back to hotel,we could not get any taxi or shuttle from movie world or S.E.A.

    The view and the ambience. Friendly helpful staff

    Ants was on the bay window couch and two tables throughout the evening and night though we spent most of the day away at USS and being a booking.com regular was entitled to 2pm check out but only received a note to ask us to check out before twelve so we did accordingly. Bit disappointed with the hotel though the service overall was good and staff was very nice.

    The breakfast is quite good with lots of choose

    The first days at night time we don't have hot water to bath. We have 8 people but the water just become warm only after 2 people finish bathing. Even though we wait for long time, the water is still only warm.

    The quality of the food at the restaurants was superb. In particular, it was clear that no expense was spared to use top grade and fresh ingredients. The hotel was fully occupied but yet, the whole place felt quiet and secluded. Practically everything worked. The view from the room was world class. We love this hotel. After 20 years of travelling, it is only the second hotel we've been to where we keep dreaming about excuses to go back.

    Toilet flush did not have as much flushing power as we'd like. The open shower takes a bit of getting used to. On balance, we found it a bit too odd.

    The location is far from the city. Perfect for gateway.

    The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. You barely can sleep at night because of the noise.

    Excellent staff (!!!) who go above and beyond by exhibiting a sincere desire to please, lovely surroundings, beautiful gardens, the peacocks (!), superior breakfast, free wifi, beautiful furnishings, library with coffee/tea, nespresso machine in the room, immaculate housekeeping. We were upgraded to a one bedroom villa with private plunge pool - outstanding experience. We will return.

    We loved the location of the Capella on Sentosa Island, but it is not near the hustle and bustle of other high end hotels in the upscale shopping centers. Just a comment for those seeking that sort of experience. There were a number of families with young children during our stay (again, not a problem for us, but older couples may want to know that - given the hotel's proximity to Sea World, etc. - children are likely to be staying at the resort.) The public pools were still quite empty, and the environment was still relaxed, pampering and serene.
