Waren zum 2.Mal im Hotel. War wieder bestens. Trotz derzeitiger Baustelle im Hotel war keinerlei Lärmbelästigung zu vernehmen! Die Lage (direkt neben dem Raffles Hotel und dem Chijmes) ist genial. Super Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen. Der Nachtblick von den Zimmern ist sehenswert. Jederzeit wieder. |

Die Lage, man kann leicht zu Fuß sowohl zum Hotel Raffles als auch in der Orchard shoppen gehen. Im Gegensatz zu uns seit Jahren bekannten anderen Hotels ist die Luft im Carlton im Empfang als auch in den Fluren und Zimmern eher stickig.Nur z.K., ich bin Reiseführer, weltweit. |

The hotel is in a central situation which is handy for shopping, sightseeing, and plenty of restaurants. The hotel is in the process of expanding and during the building work that is going on the reception desk is on the sixth floor and there is no bar/ lounge to relax in. When this work is completed the hotel will be as good as, if not better, than before. |

i like the hospitality of hotel staffs, the room service is very detail in cleaning everyday, also my window is heading to malls and swimming pools not really a problem, but i would be happier if there's a a dedicated movie channel, like HBO or Star Movies installed. But it's not an obligation at all. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived on both mornings of our seperate one night stays and they provided us with our rooms fairly quickly. The dinner buffet was very good and well priced. |

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Spacious. The hotel makes effort to ensure visitor's comfort even during renovations. Electrical fixtures need to be better maintained. The hair dryer broke down within 3 minutes of usage. And the bedside lamps within the next day. The hotel is undergoing renovations - it would have helped if this was mentioned in the website to forewarn visitors. But it is also evident that the hotel is taking measures to ensure visitors are not inconvenienced by it - so my stay was not greatly affected by the on-going works. |

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The location was very good for all the attractions etc The Carlton Club with the added benefits was well worth it. We had a great stay. Thank you Carlton Refurbishment of hotel & building work meant there was no lounge or bar available during our stay but the price remained the same. |

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's walking distance to all the shopping districts and attractions. We were staying during the renovations to the hotel. the staff were fantastic and did every thing possible to make sure our stay was not interupted by the renovations. |

Staff was really helpfull, location is excellent, right in front of Raffles shopping center and City Hall MRT Carlton hotel urgently needs a complete revision, rooms, restaurant and lobby look and feel very old. Hotel has already started with this transformation. Heavy construction work is going on, but during my stay in my room I was not affected by this. I won't stay in this hotel again untill the renovation has been completed. |

Porter service when we arrived was very efficient - bags were immediately taken from taxi and then to room very quickly. Extra bed was made up in our room within minutes of checking in. A lot of staff were available to ask questions of e.g. in the lobby - staff at the door were very helpful providing advice on where to eat. Building work in the main entrance was very noisy while we were having a drink at the restaurant during the day. |
