This is a very good hotel with polite staff and a good buffet breakfast. room was well appointed and quite. Very good bathroom and shower. One of the best hotels I have stayed in while visiting Singapore The account they presented was much more expensive than the booking i made with booking.com even though I presented the voucher on check in. I had to negotiate for close to an hour on checking out and at the end I still was charged an approximately $80 above the quoted price. I would stay in this hotel again but I would not book with booking.com as the hotel does not honor their voucher prices.

The location was ideal for us, right next door to Raffles, within walking distance of marina and shopping on Orchard Road. Bus stops and many restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit old and could do with a makeover but still a good size and clean. Bar fridge could be stocked more generously.

I was very disappointed with my last stay at your hotel, I have stayed at this hotel many times and quite frankly I am not happy with the standard of room that they now offer, I am in Singapore on average 4 to 5 times per year and have always stayed there, I have tried this morning to book again for the 20th – 24th sept in a better room but the rates are over inflated due to that being the grand prix weekend. I do feel that they should show a little loyalty to customers who support them year in year out with frequent stays when they do not hike up the room charges, as Director of a large organisation who frequently visit and send staff there I now feel I must look at alternative hotels.

The location is very good. Near mrt, malls, taxi stand and the hotel is 5 stars quality. However, a bit dissapointment was I've been charged for the use of Wifi which I thought this would be free. It turned out the free Wifi only for the lobby hotel not in the room as well. In the future, I would suggest the hotel provides free wifi for the entire location (including room) or provides 3 or 4 PC with free internet access for guests.

It's so central to Singapore that everything can be reached easily. The rooms have no charm. Very clinical atmosphere. Not warm.

With all the services and the room cleanliness, Carlton should well be regards as one perfect hotel to stay while doing business or a holiday trips in Singapore. The outlet for dine and evening drinks are cozy and friendly. Some Staffs at the front counter are not fully service oriented but the attitudes of most of staffs are very good.

Location location and lication... It's what I love the most from carlton hotel. I have to attend idem @ suntec exhb centre, and I live to shop after that congress hours. So carlton is tge best option for me.

Near point of interest in Singapour, you can walk from the hotel to many places very closed to the metro not too expensive No sun at the swinmingpool after 2.00 pm ... the hotel is very unpersonnal

Location is perfect if you want to shop. I love singapore and I stay little in the hotel. Good place to crash after a day of shopping and great restaurants near by Room wasnt really clean I.e desk was sticky and hair jn the bathtub, bathroom very old. I ve stayed there for 11 years and the room we had is what they keep for airline staff...the hotel has much nicer room I know from experience. Not cheap for the quality but lication is unbeatable for me
