Porter service when we arrived was very efficient - bags were immediately taken from taxi and then to room very quickly. Extra bed was made up in our room within minutes of checking in. A lot of staff were available to ask questions of e.g. in the lobby - staff at the door were very helpful providing advice on where to eat. Building work in the main entrance was very noisy while we were having a drink at the restaurant during the day. |

Have stayed at this hotel many times and find it good value for money accomodation.Staff are sometimes a bit stuffy but on this visit the staff were more relaxed in style while still maintaining a professional attitude.The rooms are conservatively styled and very well maintained. The hotel has a habit of charging too much for breakfast that is not very good and too much for internet |

We had fruitful meetings with our clients at the clud lounge. the staff was very helpful to do some secretalial works for us. Free internet service also give us advantage durling the meeting. The hotel was under renovation and the the entrance area was very noisy, we did not have the water view or panoramic view and that is the only the disappointment. |

Internet was including in the booking.com deal although they normally charge for it. Clean, friendly helpful staff. There were no ice machines on the floors, however restaurant staff provided upon request with a smile. I was expecting Plasma TV as per photo but just old style standard. The present construction but did not bother us although lobby was noisy with jack hammering and reception relocated to 6th floor. Room was of sufficient size, but not generous. |

The location There is a lot of renovations and construction going at the hotel lobby and there are not where sitting to read the newspaper or meeting with friends.Old swimming pool furniture. |

Being able to walk to shops, restaurants, parks and very close to mrt. Club rooms and facilities were not as good as some other hotels I have stayed at in Singapore. Also there is a lot of renovations and construction going on at the hotel !! It is very noisy at the pool area because of this, we were told it would be finished May 2010. |

The hotel staff was friendly and kind. The location was excellent. The bath facilities were relatively old compared to the other hotels in the same area, although they were clean and well maintained. |

The Location is great with the Raffles City, Chimes and Suntec Towers all within 5 mins of walking The Check in staff were rather unfriendly and the hotel definitely needs to add in more no. of channels |
