The room and bathrom were clean and the amount of plug sockets I think for the price, breakfast could have been included and the internet charge was a little high |

Near Changi Airport and value for money for a discounted rate. Fast service. beautiful ambient. No complimentary toothbrush and bottle drinks in the room. Only provided upon requested. Should consider to improve on this aspect. Not sure if there is a free shuttle from Changi Airport to hotel. |

The free shuttle is a great service and runs hourly to and from from Changi Airport 24x7. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is also good if your stay in Singapore is not much more than a stopover. There's a strip of outdoor restaurants and bars, which are cheap and offer good local food and are open very early to very late. Internet is not included and is extremely expensive. The cost for breakfast is also quite steep. |

See below The booking information stated that the airport shuttle picked up from Terminal 2 - this is incorrect. The shuttle only picks up from T1 and T3 - after a long flight this error was very disappointing. |

The shuttle bus was very convenience. Room is spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly I had to wait like 45 minutes because they claimed they did not get booking confirmation from Booking.com. I showed them the booking confirmation. The lady did not want to give a room till I spoke with the Manager that they must honor the booking. Mistakes or discrepancy need to be sorted out with Booking.com and hotel but not to make the guest wait. After some time and wait they upgraded my room.. |

proximity to airport, hawker site, friendly and helpful staff cost to do laundry was far too much at hotel laundry; breakfast also very pricey; cleanliness of bathroom not as good as it could be. |

(1) My apartment is under renovation, so I booked to stay in this hotel for 15 days which is near my aprarment. (2) Under 10 minutes my work place - Changi Airfreight Centre. (3) more than 20% lower rate compare with those in town of the same class. (4) There is a very helpful and cheerful tall Malay senior staff at that receiption. I only want to approach him. Unfotunately I forgot his name. But I filled up the hotel feed back form with his name. The other staff at receiption are very business robat look and not helpful. During my 15 days stay, I had to remid them thrice to changme my bedsheet. Twice that they missed sending me morning newspaper. Twice to replenish toiletaries. |

It was a clean and cosy hotel. Facilities were pretty good for a four star hotel. Room was spacious, clever use of space. Interesting concept for the bathroom (glass window) Hotel staff were efficient. But they could be more friendly, smile and greet guests. |

It was in a good peaceful location. The hotel provided transport to Orchard Road free. Airport pick up and dropping services are excellent. |

I like that it is away from the city and the surrounding is nice. And it is near to Ubin and we can go there easily. I have not walk the Board Walk, will do so the next time. The pools dont seem to be very clean and hope that this can be improved becoz we really love the pools there. |

Good frequent bus service to Tapanese town, and MRT train from there to city. 200 metres from Ferry port to Pulau Ubin Island; an unspoilt island filled with nature...cheap bicycle hire available. Very helpful and polite hotel staff. |

the surrounding setting is serene, low traffic, quiet, convenient - proximity to beach, food, sports. the hotel is value for money for it's clean and modern decoration. i am a designer and i think what you did to the facade and interior has taken me by surprise! i enjoyed my stay and planning to go back. not enought restaurant choices, pool too small and no privacy |
