The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. It was also in a great location and very child friendly. The staff were always courteous, friendly and tried to assist where they could. At times it was very difficult to understand the English of the reception staff. Also housekeeping tend to monopolise the lifts and did not give way to guests. The "breakfast" should be advertised as a continental or very light breakfast consisting of beverage and pastry. |

Second time I have stayed there - great reception staff, extremely friendly and service oriented. The rooms do what they are supposed to do - not many frills, but more than adequate, comfortable, clean, well maintained and mighty aircon. There has been some ongoing improvement work which in no way disturbs you when in your room or enjoying other services, but the corridors to the rooms look a bit half finished. |

The following is not a comment of dislike but one of opportunity to improve. I realsied that my credit card details were indicated (and not masked) on the receipt/invoice that was given to me upon checkout. If I had not checked, I would have discarded the invoice as is and run the risk of my credit card being compromised. I shredded the invoice to ensure that the details could not be picked up. |

Very friendly personal, clean rooms Only one bed rooms, a little hight price for appart hottel, bad breakfast. A little far from underground station |

Good location. Staff needs to be trained better. Since it is a newly openned hotel, the staffs are not familiar with there job. Sometimes we should wait for the accurate response. And the hotel is not up to the brand standard. |

Reception staff were extremely helpful, pro-active and polite. The hote is a new build and suffered a short-lived problem during my stay. The staff dealt with the problem professionally and resolved it quickly with a minimum of fuss. The fitness centre is a little small and basic. |

clean, comfortable and modern. Staffs are very friendly. When we arrive, the room air-con is on and stereo is playing classical music to welcome us, very thoughtful. no tooth brush/toothpaste, we can see carpet stains at many places in the hotel, despite it is a new hotel. |

le personnel est très sympatique. Le studio est spacieux, bien équipé et tranquille. très bon débit pour l'accès internet. Situé à 10 min à pied d'une station de métro centrale. Pas de piscine mais possibilité d'accèder à la piscine d'un hotel voisin. le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon, il manque la climatisation dans l'ascenseur, le prix de la laverie est trop cher. |
