Convenient location, about 10 mins from MRT, 15 mins walk to Orchard. Sufficiently equipped room, decent furniture. If you are looking for a hotel to stay for both business or pleasure trip without need for fancy looby or lounges, its one of the best to get for this price. Plenty of restaurants around plus a Starbucks coffee shop right next to the hotel No possibility to sit in the open, despite a terrace (no deckchairs or any other seating possibilities supplied) |

The hotel is still new so everything is still in good shape. I like it when there is a laundry room for people who stay more than 3 days The housekeeping people who washed the dishes did not care about washing properly. I found dirt still on the utensils every time, yuck!!! |

Nice clean hotel. Very convenient for business traveler. Convenient location in a typical Singaporean area. It would be nice if the hotel would leave in the room a manual for the dvd player.When playing a European dvd, the technician needed to come to the room to change the regional code.Then you need to leave on the dvd player, otherwise the set up goes back to the Singaporean setting and you need to call the technician again.Having an manual is therefore a lot easier; the guests can change the setting themselves. |

The room was awesome!Loved the roving tv set.The staff were polite and courteous.the kitchen was truly amazing..it had all the cooking ware and utensils that u do not usually see in a hotel room.Enjoyed the balcony at the sides of the room and toilet and kitchen. |

Comfortable beds and great kitchen. My kids enjoyed the internet access. First night was terrible because water didn't work right and at the end clogged up. It was smelly in the morning because water from the shower and sink surfaced |

The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. It was also in a great location and very child friendly. The staff were always courteous, friendly and tried to assist where they could. At times it was very difficult to understand the English of the reception staff. Also housekeeping tend to monopolise the lifts and did not give way to guests. The "breakfast" should be advertised as a continental or very light breakfast consisting of beverage and pastry. |

Second time I have stayed there - great reception staff, extremely friendly and service oriented. The rooms do what they are supposed to do - not many frills, but more than adequate, comfortable, clean, well maintained and mighty aircon. There has been some ongoing improvement work which in no way disturbs you when in your room or enjoying other services, but the corridors to the rooms look a bit half finished. |

The following is not a comment of dislike but one of opportunity to improve. I realsied that my credit card details were indicated (and not masked) on the receipt/invoice that was given to me upon checkout. If I had not checked, I would have discarded the invoice as is and run the risk of my credit card being compromised. I shredded the invoice to ensure that the details could not be picked up. |

Good location. Staff needs to be trained better. Since it is a newly openned hotel, the staffs are not familiar with there job. Sometimes we should wait for the accurate response. And the hotel is not up to the brand standard. |

Reception staff were extremely helpful, pro-active and polite. The hote is a new build and suffered a short-lived problem during my stay. The staff dealt with the problem professionally and resolved it quickly with a minimum of fuss. The fitness centre is a little small and basic. |

Tout nous a plu, l'accueil, la situation, le confort, la décoration, l'équipement de l'appartement et la réponse à nos demandes diverses de services. Parfait sauf remarques ci-dessous. Nous n'avons vraiment pas aimé que l'on ne puisse ouvrir les fenêtres et respirer l'air extérieur. Nous n'avons pas non plus apprécié que les petits- déjeuners ne soient pas organisés par l'hôtel et que l'on doive recourir à Starbucks qui offre le strict minimum. |

Zentrale Lage, Ruhe, Sauberkeit der Zimmer. 1. Schwer hinter dem Geld her: Es wurden bei der ersten Gelegenheit Telefongebühren von umgerechnet 2,- Euro "eingetrieben". Offensichtlich hatte man Sorge, das Geld nicht zu bekommen. 2. Der Frühstücksgutschein für Starbucks ist auch nicht der Knüller. |

clean, comfortable and modern. Staffs are very friendly. When we arrive, the room air-con is on and stereo is playing classical music to welcome us, very thoughtful. no tooth brush/toothpaste, we can see carpet stains at many places in the hotel, despite it is a new hotel. |

le personnel est très sympatique. Le studio est spacieux, bien équipé et tranquille. très bon débit pour l'accès internet. Situé à 10 min à pied d'une station de métro centrale. Pas de piscine mais possibilité d'accèder à la piscine d'un hotel voisin. le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon, il manque la climatisation dans l'ascenseur, le prix de la laverie est trop cher. |
