The hotel was clean. I liked the design of the room. Very modern. Large bathroom, with large shower place. There is a food corner on walking distance where you have plenty of choice to eat. The place of the hotel is in little india, and i didn´t like the place very much. It´s in an older environment of Sigapore. It´s good for one day sightseeing, but that´s it. The breakfast was indian style, and I didn´t like it at all. Employees doesn´t speak, never say hello. I had too often problems with the keycard which was not working. |

This hotel was able to cater for my families needs as it allowed for our 3 children to stay in our room and it was more affordable than other hotels in Singapore. The room was clean and had room to move and the breakfast was a bonus. The hotel was noisy. |

Proximity to modestly priced restaurants; quietness of room; efficiency of aircondiioning. The restaurant. (Closed on our only evening there and rather impersonal, diffident even, at breakfast. |

The room was clean. Cable internet access in the room was good. The shower was a good size and there was always hot water. The airconditioner was effective. Breakfast, although aimed at Indian tour groups tastes, was plentiful and good (The hotel is in Little India, so that was to be expected). 1. Queen Room was not a queen bed, it was 4'6" wide double. When we complained at book in, reception staff said all rooms were the same, it was a Queen Suite. The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. 2. Tour groups were extremely noisy at times. 3. Hotel corridors reek of tobacco smoke. 4. Many other hotels are better located. The mrt station is 10-15 minute walk away. |

The staff was friendly and understandable that I was not so happy with my room. I could change the hotel after one night without extra charges. For a single person for one night it would be ok. The information from and picture from the booking.com gave the wrong impression. The room was to small and no good factilities. |

Convenient location which is close to Mustafa Centre - 24 hour shopping department store. Within walking distance to other shopping areas and MRT stations. Not well known by taxi. Taxi cannot stop in front of hotel during peak time. In house restaurant only serves Indian food. Only one small elevator for a six story building. Room not sound proof. |

Clean room, staff helpful. Breakfast is reasonable assuming you like south Indian food and don't need fruit. Free internet. Bus stop right outside hotel. This is rated as a 3-star hotel. Based on extensive business travel in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, the facilities are at best 2 stars. The bathroom is shower-only, and shower is not that well designed as I kept bumping into the soap shelf. Breakfast is mostly Indian cuisine with no fruit and few low-fat items. Area has few tourist attractions, poor sidewalks, mostly ethnic neighborhood. |
