Claremont Hotel

The hotel is in Excellent location, opposite to Mustafa Shopping mall. Farrer park MRT is 2 min walk from this hotel.

Very Rude staff. Water was leaking from the tap on all the 3 days I stayed here. Inspite of repeated complaints no action taken to fix this.

Close to all amenities

Very poor customer sevice, rooms are very dark, not enough lights in the room or in the bath room. Requested to put the bulb but no action seen in my 7 days stay.

Hardly anthying

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in its class. The words 'hospitality' & 'cleanliness' seemed to be unknown to the hotel. Hotel was not properly maintained and the wall paper were peeled off from the wall in corridors and rooms, giving it a dirty lodge look. Reception looked like a country grocery shop cashier's messy desk! The entire hotel housekeeing was done by just two old ladies. Anyone booking this hotel is better advised to prepare their mind to face all these things in advance to avoid any future regrets later.

Yes plenty,First off they are scammers,reception staff and the manager of the hotel ripped me off 250$,because i want to move out and also charged me 50$ for early checkin.I would be cancelling their licence soon.already work started.Its a ripp off.stay away from this hotel.

It's location - Bang opposite Singapore's famous Mustafa shopping center , and a minute's walk away from mrt station. I think this hotel is a great option if you are a smart, independent traveler, and for whom location matters more than comfort!

Minor issues regarding Room's cleanliness took a very long time to settle, but was handled within 24 hours. Security can be considered as a concern! My hotel room door was banged hard by someone unknown from 2am to 4am, and it was scary enough to keep me awake the whole night!!! But the hotel's manager didn't even bothered to apologize for the huge discomfort caused! And so I say - Hotel's security is a big doubt - especially for single women travelers. But if appropriate precautions are taken, that too can be taken care of. I hope the Hotel management will take proper action.

There were like a million cockroaches everywhere, even in the minibar refrigerator!!! But cockroaches are there in some rooms and not there in some others, that explains the conflicting reviews about the hotel. I know this because my family stayed in 2 different rooms in different floors. The AC was also very very noisy. Most of the times when you need the hotel staff you will find the front desk empty.

Yaa. No cleaning. everywhere i found the Cockhorses.

Hand wash basin need to be bigger. beds are not soft enough. bathroom walls need clean up. carpet is not clean or change the carpet to a dark colour.

A takarítás nem az erösségük.Koszos szoba,a WC-n nem volt WC ülőke.A fürdöszoba szőrnyű,falakon lógott a tapéta.Nem hiszem hogy az olcsó ár az oka ezek hiányának.

Die Rezeption hat keine Ahnung von Sehenswuerdigkeiten oder sonstige Informationen. Hotel ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Muss mal wieder renoviert werden.
