Novotel Clarke Quay is atop Liang Court Mall, right beside Clarke Quay’s active nightlife. A stroll from the MRT train station, it offers an outdoor pool and 3 restaurants. Modern rooms at Novotel are equipped with a flat-screen cable/satellite TV, minibar and safe. Most rooms come with a private balcony and views of the city and Marina Bay. Guests can work out at the fitness center, make travel arrangements at the tour desk, or purchase souvenirs at the gift shop and newsstand. Laundry and concierge services are available. Views of the Singapore skyline and the resort pool accompany buffet spreads at The Square Restaurant, which features an open kitchen and a choice of indoor or open-air seating. Other dining options include Chinese and Indian restaurants. Le Bar Rouge serves refreshments and signature cocktails. Novotel Clarke Quay is 11 miles from Changi International Airport. location many things 1 I booked three rooms and was charged seperatley for each room, therefore having to pay three currency conversions fees.. 2 I booked two rooms with kingsize beds and 1 room with seperate beds. They told us on arrival that there was only seperate beds available. We ended up with two rooms with seperate beds and my son got a room to himself with a kingsize bed. 3 The cost of breakfast S$30. For 5 people for 6 nights that's S$900 or about $750 Aussie, Give me a break . Then my wife and I went to Novotel K.L. , don't get me started on that hotel

River valley - very very good location. Much better than famous Orchard Road. 1. No free internet in normal rate room, only in premium. Although there are some station in the lobby for free. 2. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. 3.The strange thing is when people are going from swimming pool to elevator in dressing gowns and wet swimming trunks they have to pass restraunt area where other people in the evening dresses are sitting - weird meeting.

It was in a good location. However reception has to sharpen up as they got my name the wrong way round and when business people called to pick me up or arrange a meal out they were told I was not registered. I am writing to the hotel directly to register my complaint.

Great hotel in a good location. Was upgraded to a deluxe room at the front desk, no complains there. Room was spacious, clean and design wise was pretty up to date. 10Mins walk to the nearest mrt. Can't beat the location, littered with bars and restaurants though it can get a bit noisy esp on fri & sat nights. Nothing except for the double edged sword location.

very good location we travel with two young children, during check in our room was upgraded. the room we got had shower and bathtub - which was comfortablewith the kids. the room was clean and the view was amazing (19 floor clarke Quay side) The breakfast was good

We loved the location and the prices of room service were really good I thought compared to other places we have stayed. The staff were friendly and happy and the room was always made up and cleaned the way i do in my own home. I can't really say I didnt like anything cause we liked it and enjoyed our 3 days stay.

Location and good breakfasts Internet costs $30 per day, I bought a starhub sim for my iPhone for $15, it included $18 in credit, I then purchased 1gb of internet usin $7 of my available credit. High speed reliable internet plus mobile phone coverage for $15 for our full stay rather than $30 per day for internet in the hotel.

To be honest the postion is very good however the scenario of "the faceless chain" really rings true here. Staff and management were unhelpful even after three complaints regarding the room which does not represent value for money. bedside lights not working, lamps not working, phone not working, the room electronic box that governs aircon, alarm clock etc not functioning correctly despite contant reminders. I would not book here again. Breakfast time resembles feeding time at the zoo and the hotel is one of the older ones in singapore and is looking tired. Go to the Copthorne kings or Grand park plaza. These are far nicer hotels with far more personable staff who meet you with friendliness and enthusiasm and not dull sour faces like those who obviously do not enjoy their jobs at novotel. This review does not reflect Singapore itself. It is a wonderful city and its inhabitants also.

Clean and well presented. Perfect location. Courteous staff No hot water and inadequate remediation for a luke warm cold shower at 4 in the morning. Normally in a place like Singapore this would be welcome but with strong air conditioning this was uncomfortable. We were offered breakfast as compensation but with a taxi waiting downstairs and and flight leaving in 2 hours, we did not have time to "enjoy" a breakfast.

they were friendly and good. i mention that i am celebrating my wife birthday and they upgraded me. they even arrange for fruit basket for me. they did mention that they will give us a complimentary cake for my wife. but at the end they forgot all about it.

Breakfast was very good. Easy to get taxi . Nice to walk around at night at clark Quay river side . many restaurants around . Staff are freindly . Up to two childrens at free of charge . breakfast for children was not charged . Room amenity was not enough. Tooth paste , tooth brush , comb , shower cap etc was not in the room .

It is very accessible to shopping centres, restaurants, clubs and the train station. The hotel staffs were pleasant and also, the room was clean. The view from our room was pretty amazing! We enjoyed our short staycation and will definitely come back again! We think that the room is big and nice but the television is kinda small for a big room.
