Nee. Op het moment dat wij er waren was men doende met renovatiewerkzaamheden. Hierover zijn we bij inchecken geïnformeerd en (onze kamer direct naast de werkzaamheden) wij hebben er geen last van gehad.

Wee enjoyed our stay in the hotel, we did a stopover in singapore because we travel to australia to visit family, and I booked the hotel again when we go home to the netherlands for aa stopover in singapore.

I like the location, nice view and we can find everything we need easily, for the hotel surounding by malls and restaurants

The location is very great. the hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

Not free Internet then we just go to King Burger at the other side of river to access Internet free. It's too expensive for the room rate.

Pool was in renovation, nothing was properly working in the room. Ipod docking station was broken, the room is too much dark and it is really difficult to turn on all the lights, all tv channel was not working. Staff was not helpfull and made things more difficult.

Central location for restaurants etc. Great views from room.

the hotel is exactly in the centre of the city - walk distance from the main streets and sights. it`s new so rooms are very nice and so to say 'fresh' - we really enjoyed it! and the price was good!

Rooms and amenities were good and the stay was pleasant. Opted for the Novatel cause of it's location at Clark Quay, and there was plenty of activity around the hotel. Will visit the hotel again...

Swimming was closed. Should have inform before my bookings. Noisy as there were renovation work in progress during my stay.

The location.

The hotel is very much worn out. Teared wallpapers, black spots on the walls in the bathroom. Very basic furniture. Different lifts to bring you to reception and to the rooms.

I like the view from the balcony. You can see the marina bay from here. The night view is fantastic

The breakfast is not very good

The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and the mtr was close by.

the only problem was at check-in there was quite a line up but our room was ready straight away so that was a positive.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you want the hectic nightlife or a romantic meal, the staff can't do enough for you they alway have a warm welcome,I got a free upgrade and when checking out a surprise rebate and would happily stay here again

The location was good, and the room was clean and excellent

The water in the shower does not get very hot.

Hotel in excellent location to do sightseeing and shopping. We used the sight seeing buses and The MRT to get around plus taxis.

Politeness of all staff members, in all situations. Booking, cleaning, restaurant etc.

No free Wi-Fi in rooms. The room was small with no bath tub. Other hotels previously stayed in on earlier occasions, offered both these facilities for less money.
