The cleanliness, location, helpful hotel staff, pool. I was there for a friend's wedding and had an excellent time. The restaurants were very nice and food was delicious as well. the fitness center (gym) may need an improvement - a larger, brighter space would be nice. |

Excellent room, very comfortable beds, room service professional and the hotel location was also very good for visitors having a short time to see the sights of Singapore. I did not see a facility for accessing the internet other than a socket in the room for those carrying their own computer. This was important to me as I was not carrying a laptop or PDA on my travels. |

One of the best hotel we have stayed recently. Friendly staff and they take care of our needs with atmost care. We never felt like we want to leave the place. I will recommend this hotel again.Centrally located. close proximity to malls, site tours..Conrad will always be one of the best picks we made from booking.com ...Congrats Conrad and thank you booking.com for making it possible. |

The entire hotel staff and facilities were excellent. We stayed there for 3 days and i would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wish to stay in Singapore in the heart of town, where all the city rides and tours are in just a few min walking distance. |

I'm very impressed with the receptionist attitude and service. I think the housekeeping is a little disturbing as they are persistant in asking when can they make up the room. |

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room facilities were good and clean. My room was at 726, right at the corner. The door does not close well and I have to pay special attention to close the door properly. This is the case for the bathroom door too. |

The hotel was elegant and very clean. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The 24-hour fitness centre was a great facility and very convenient. The in-room internet was slow and expensive, and the network in public areas was unreliable. |

staff were very nice and went out of their way to please us (except manager) our room was not reserved, we checked in just after 3pm (check in started at 2pm) and had requested a king bed - none were available and was offered a twin room, had to stress we wanted a king before one was found for us |

Stay of 1 night was too short to comment. However, the 1 thing we like is the convenience of the shopping centres/food outlets around the hotel. There was no free access to the gym. A late check-out time around 3pm would be good especially for Singaporeans staying for the weekend |

the lobby is very grand but confortable. I got a good view of the Marina Bay. The hotel is located in the middle of shops and good dinning location the tv is at right angle to the bed. It is not the most desirable postion. But no unbearable |

the staff were pleasent and made the stay very comfortable. the check in counters were under manned and although i had requested for a room with a king size bed ,upon check in at 1500hrs i was given a room with 2 single beds and made to wait for almost an hour for the hotel to give me a room with the king size bed |

Staff is flexible, lots of perks, such as complimentary laundry, chocolates, shoe shine which in return makes our stay enjoyable. Although these are small little extra services but to us guests means a lot. Not really...other than internet should be free in rooms since we are staying at Executive Business Floor. |
