Was one of the nicest experiences I have had. Singapore was beautiful and the Conrad was part of what made it so wonderful.

The location as it is within walking distance to Marina Bay Square and Suntec City. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands. It is a luxury hotel that lives up to its standards and we enjoyed the comfortable bed sheets and other amenities found in the room. The hotel personnel were very accomodating and service was immediate for every request we made.

The staff were outstanding from arrival to departing. The buffet in Oscars was great, and even had a 50% discount for people over 60 !!! Would highly recommend this hotel to all classes of travellers.

The staffs responded to our needs very fast, but they keep knocking on our doors which was sometimes annoying.

No disappointments

They have a "departure lounge" facility for guests catching one of the many very late flights out of Singapore, but the seem to rent it out for functions. The replaced it with use of the gym facilities to shower etc so not too bad, but that closed at 11pm.

Large room with a large comfortable bed and great views. Excellent swimming pool, but it gets crowded at the weekend. Good central location.

The 'turn down' service switched on a musc dvd at low volume - unkown to us because we were out. We thought the music was coming from the room next door; we endured it for several hours then complained. We finally solved the problem ourselves - very frustrating! Breakfast in the poolside dining room was mediocre; we should have gone to the main dining room.

Asked for two beds on our first stay there and they gave us a single bed.

this hotel is cozy and far away from hustle bustle of city center, but what we like this also close to millenia walk that can connect us to Marina square shopping mall. room was spacious and amenities also complete. the staff also helpful and receptionist also kind to give room as we asked close to lift since my mother can not afford very too far. excellent !

Lovely staff.

-hotel is feels tired and has clearly passed its glory days. Many small visible things that needs to be renovated. Eg corners, carpet, doors, paint etc. -wifi not free and very expensive. -Room smelled damp. -Should be advertised as 4 star. - $US 882 FOR 2 nights.

The service and staff members were exceptional. I loved how they take you up to your room and explain things to you.

Having to pay for internet

Just about everything,the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was amazing.

Due to construction work nearby it was slightly awkward to walk anywhere from the hotel (though we did everyday) ,this is not the hotels fault in anyway.

Far from the 'real' Singapore.

Their service is the best, I was with my girlfriend for a weekend vacation and they provided me gifts such as wine and chocs to make my stay a memorable night. It's definitely a good place to stay in.

Very nice hotel with good location. Close to Sunteck City shopping mall and a lot of eatries. Hotel itself is very warm and nice, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast is good as well. Will stay here again next time visiting Singapore.
