Breakfast was great and liked having a shuttle bus available, though only used it once. Being near the river was good too Room used for smokers although I requested non-smoking. Smell of smoke made me gag! as it was so strong, and twice I had to leave the room for fresh air. Couldnt open the windows. Room quite small. |

Cleanliness of the room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner were very good and great value. Room service was great. Close to many restaurants by the riverside. Free shuttle to Orchard Road. |

Clean and comfortable bed. Staff at Concierge Desk were very helpful . Room was small and did not have opening window. Breakfast was not good for this standard of Hotel.. Air conditioning was noisy.. |

The front desk staff were superb, especially Melissa. All very friendly and professional. The dining room staff were professional and nice, but not nearly as friendly or welcoming. Cost for internet access is ridiculously high. Its at least double anywhere I've ever stayed. I would not stay here if I was on business and needed internet access. |

This is the first time I have stayed at Copthorne Kings and was pleasently surprised. Great value for money. Good Quality hotel. Included breakfast was good. I was on the 9th floor, roadside so there was a bit of street noise but certainly not unbearable. |

Very good value deal. Location is not that good - no public transport nearby (except for taxi) but they do have a shuttle bus service (which is not very frequent). |

The price is reasonable and the facilities are great! When the superior room is fully booked, they upgrade my room to deluxe room. Great turn over! |

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Singapore over the past 15 years on business and pleasure. I used to stay a lot at the Grand Copthorne across the road from Copthorne Kings. I changed because of the Rate for what you received. I like the Kings it is a good all round hotel and provides good entertainment in the bar downstairs with 2 for one beers most evenings from 5-8. |

the hotel was comfortable and clean, although the room was a little on the small side. Easy access to public transport enabled us to get about very easily. I didnt like the view from my room very much, but then i wasnt going to be staring out of the window all day. |

Location was convienent. We had booked a non smoking roon but were given a smoking room as the hotel was overbooked. Room smelt awful. Air conditioning ver poor in room. We would not stay there again. |
