Staffs are helpful, room is celan, and price is reasonable. They provide free shuttle bus to orchard road. Room is small. |

Hotel is at the center of city I didn't like the room size. Room is a rat hole and services were not good too. For vegetarians there are hardly any options in hotel's restaurants. I reached hotel at 11:00 pm once and asked for sandwich and they gave me the most basic sandwich ever made on this planet. They charged me S$ 21 for that piece of crap. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, special offer price was very attractive. Upon check in, we were assigned a room that had not yet been cleaned. But staff were quick to clean the room and we could move in after 15 minutes. |

The room was very good, just that the toilet is a little small, but it's very well maintain and nice! The balcony was very well maintained too. Complimentary parking was provided. The service attitude of the staff was very good... Quite mono tone but not to the extend of rude though. |

The room was basic and bed comfortable. Staff were pleasant and friendly, although some of the staff were not local. Transport to the hotel is best done by taxi, or by bus (bus stop just outside the hotel), as there is no MRT stations within walking distance, but be aware of the 50% surcharge after midnight when using taxis. |

I would say this hotel is acceptable as a business traveller. The room is pretty small compared with that in Malaysia or even China but the price is the highest among them. Besides, the internet service charge is very high. |

The swimming pool and pool area was reasonable although a little small - the staff were generally friendly and helpful The rooms were very small and basic This was not a 4star standard hotel |
