Very efficient housekeeping. Checked into room about 5 pm and it was still uncleaned but young lady apologised profusely and did it in 20 minutes. |

The convenient location, close to city centers, and the free bus/ coach from and to hotel, to Scotts Road /Orchard Road intersection. Cheaper as compared to other Hotel prices in Singapore. I have stayed at this hotel, several times earlier too, for the above mentioned reasons. The rooms on the' level one' of the Hotel are aweful and are below decent standards. These are not worthy of the Hotel as a whole; and should be taken off the list for all hotel guests! I would insist! |

As always,(we have stayed here several times)we like it because it is away from the busy shopping areas yet with the hotel shuttle bus it is easy to go to Orchard Rd. and any where else by MRT. We like the Chinese bus driver who is very pleasant and helpful to passengers who ask for direction or opinion about things to do there. Obviously, the carpeting is quite worn out.... |

I had requested a nonsomking room. They gave me a smoking room, but when I showed them the reservation they apologized and upgraded my room. No food places nearby, but the hotel has a shuttle to Orchard Rd. |

in my opinion, i like most of this hotel room because of its cleanliness and portrait an luxury upper class image. Notably children swimming pool and playground does not serve the function. |

The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, and our room was very comfortable. The room service for food delivery can be improved, we had our food sent to the room without the appropriate cutlery. |

The shuttle services to orchard rd, botanical gardens and mustaffa were a boon. The fact that the hotel rooms were in another building and when you have 3 kids under 5 years all that walking gets to you.Since we did inform the hotel about the kids may be next time our rooms could be in the main hotel itself. |

It was by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in Singapore. I have stayed at a half dozen hotels in Singapore during my trips for a similar price and this hotel wasn't even in the same league as the other hotels. Would never, ever go back. |

Away from the traffic and within walking distance to Adam Street Food Centre. Courtesy bus a plus. Reception and bell teams not too friendly or helpful. Much room for improvement. |

The reception lady who done the check out was not friend. Also on the Friday morning a lot of distruben from the service staff since 9am til 11:30am. Once of them open the door but lucky the door guard was no, so he say sorry, the 2nd guy manage to open the door - i was still sleeping because i not feeling well. I really got a shock on that. I believe the door guard was not function well. |

Ruhige Lage, Shuttle Bus Downtown Dusche ist veraltet, Halterung war sehr schlecht montiert, fiel beinahe herunter, recht verkalkt, Wasserstrahl war sehr fein. |
