Very good hotel with extraordinary rooms...very stylish. Conveniently located IN the airport. I would have top-rated the hotel anyway since it is a beautiful place to stay, but to make it extraordinary I have to add that we arrived for check in at 8am in the morning since our plane was horrible late! They then extended the check out for us till 2pm, which is - to my mind - very nice and worth mentioning! |

Room was comfortable and modern. Close to airport for our early morning flight. We needed to go to terminal 1 and due to early hour skytrain mot operating. We were given conflicting information on how often the free shuttle bus operated. Staff seemed unaware. |

Big cool link with terminal 3 atrium with some shop and good gourment outlets. The swimming pool looks through the sky with enclosed wall by the side with unexpected cloud flying across. the bathroom basin is too high for usage the correct comfortable height is not more than 850mm, I think the architect got no concept right. 2.) No water spray for anus washing at WC especially the muslim. |

We had 9 hour overnight stopover at Changi and this proved to be a perfect hotel to grab a few hours sleep in very comfortable surroundings. The rooms are of high quality with good amenities and extremely good sound proofing! |

As usual, lovely room, restful atmosphere - perfect for the frantic traveller looking to unwind, in preparation for the next leg of their journey. Its just a shame its not a normal hotel in the city centre, as it deserves to host more than just frazzled business-travellers. I don't really like the restaurant, its kind of impersonal and cafeteria-like. The food is ok, but expensive. Don't bother ordering an (expensive) glass of water when a free glass comes with the meal...wish they'd mention that ! A glass of water cost as much as a fruit cocktail, weird. |

The room was very beautiful and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were very inconsistent. One was particularly friendly and some were rude in fact, and not consistent in their answers when asked the same questions. I will still recommend this hotel but pay no attention to the staffs. |

The staff were very friendly at the front desk and my room was great, I really enjoyed my stay. I had food and drink at both the sports bar and main lounge and the service was also great. The view from the pool was unique with the huge windows and the design of the pool. |

I liked the convenience of the hotel as it si within the airport as I did not want to spend any time in Singapore city itself. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the gym. The hotel really should be more flexible with check out times and probably have a subsidised cost. Charging 1/2 a days stay for 4 extra hours was unreasonable, especially as I had checked in the night before late at 1000 pm as determined by my flight arrival. All these should be taken into consideration especially for a airport hotel. Also , the hotel room did not meet with my expectations - the bathroon tiles were dirty esp the grouting which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The menu in Azure is quite limited with poor choices, the same being true for the room service menu., and the meals are overpriced. Internet too is quite xpensive and $1 per min with a min time of 15 min . There are too many taxes and charges. |

Very close to airport. Very impressive room. Lovely staff. We were disappointed that there was no cafe open 24 hours. I know that we could have had room service but after being cooped up in a plane for many hours, it is nice to sit in a restaurant/cafe and share a meal. We had arrived very late at night @11:30pm and nothing was open. |

Stylish, functional and comfortable room and very fine bathroom, well connected to the airport, nice pool. Noise isolation has room for improvement, a bit bothered by planes. |
