We only stayed overnight for connection flights. It was total comfort, staff were very helpful and courteous, room service and breakfast were excellent. And we didn't have to leave the airport. |

The food was amazing. The serice was excellent. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. And very convenient to the airport. The hotel was very dark and had dim lighting. |

It is very convenient because of the Changi Airport location. The staff are friendly and efficient. The entry path leading to the hotel is dim/dark and it is not well indicated by sufficient signages |

The clearliness of the hotel as well as the great service of the hotel staffs. The design of the pool is interesting, it look more like a pond, but i like to concept. The lack of nice view when looking out of the window but i guess this can't be help as this is an airport hotel. |

The hotel staff were all fantastic and very helpful. They went out of their way always to serve and make sure you were taken care of. The room was really clean and very comfortable and the pool and club lounge were nice distractions. |

It is complete class. Everything. Staff, comfort, room design, everything. Would say that the swimming pool, although absolutely stunning, is not child friendly. |

Ease and convience to Airport Gave me the feeling that it was going to get your custom anyway. I say this because it is an airport hotel and therefore I believe that a large portion of guests are transient. ie one night. Therefore the Hotel really has no soul. An example would be that a true airport hotel would have a bar open with food until at least 1.00 am. They closed at 11.00pm. I arrived at 10. |

Its fantastic for business, leisure or romantic stay could not have a later check out ie beyond 2 pm when the hotels could at least stretch to 3pm |

We stayed at the hotel for an 7 hour layover beginning at 11pm. The staff was so helpful and accomodating. The airline misplaced our luggage and the front desk graciously handled the issue and sent the luggage up when it arrived. The bellman was also helpful in organizing our bags for the walk through the terminal. |
