The room was very beautiful and the bathroom was spacious. The staff were very inconsistent. One was particularly friendly and some were rude in fact, and not consistent in their answers when asked the same questions. I will still recommend this hotel but pay no attention to the staffs. |

I liked the convenience of the hotel as it si within the airport as I did not want to spend any time in Singapore city itself. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the gym. The hotel really should be more flexible with check out times and probably have a subsidised cost. Charging 1/2 a days stay for 4 extra hours was unreasonable, especially as I had checked in the night before late at 1000 pm as determined by my flight arrival. All these should be taken into consideration especially for a airport hotel. Also , the hotel room did not meet with my expectations - the bathroon tiles were dirty esp the grouting which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The menu in Azure is quite limited with poor choices, the same being true for the room service menu., and the meals are overpriced. Internet too is quite xpensive and $1 per min with a min time of 15 min . There are too many taxes and charges. |

Its at terminal 3 and easy to access. Its priced reasonably for the luxury it offers. The prices at the bar... absolutely scandalous!! |

Stylish, functional and comfortable room and very fine bathroom, well connected to the airport, nice pool. Noise isolation has room for improvement, a bit bothered by planes. |

Quick check in as I came on a delayed flight and had no sleep for over 24 hours. I was able to stay only 5 hours before my next flight. Quick room service as I was starving. Beautiful bedding,shower and desk, however my experience may not be typical as I was up-graded. It was extremely cold! I tried to turn off the the controls but it seemed to remain cold. I was too tired to call for assistance. Also I did not get my internet connection going but this was also my fault due to tiredness.. |

Although you have to go through customs before getting to the hotel, it was so easy and hassle free I was in the hotel only about twenty minutes after landing. I only had hand luggage. I landed in terminal 2 and within minutes by skytrain I was in terminal 3. Check-in staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Although not particularly large, the room accommodated a kingsize bed and modern sofa comfortably along with desk space. Room service and housekeeping were both very prompt. The food was good and reasonably priced. It was so convienent to check in the next day. A small niggling negative was that some details of the finishing of the decoration around the skirting board and TV wiring could have been better. |

It was simply efficient - from the staff at check in, to ordering a cab when I was running late, to the check out. No hassles. Airport terminals at doorstep. Restaurants aplenty. Good bed & shower, neat contemporary design & atmosphere that is in tune with today's busy traveller who expects (& hopes) for functionality with comfort. Free internet access in-room should be offered / included in the room rate. This is after all, mostly a stopover & business hotel, where this is a need for the traveller. Having to pay for this amenity is somewhat a cheap shot by the hotel, at raising "ARPU" (Average Revenue Per User). |

we were only there for 10hrs on route to UK as did not have a connecting flight so handy as arrive at midnite Although at airport did not expect to hear planes at 1am and also work started early in the morning outside on steel structure |

We stayed here on our last night in Singapore because of the location within the airport. We requested a runway view as my 12 year old son has a thing about A380s. We were given a room on the eighth floor and immediately below us were two A380s. It made my son's trip. The sound proofing worked perfectly and in every way the room was splendid. The club lounge was a bonus and we were made very welcome with tasty canapes and pretty good wine. Breakfast also was very good. |

The room was really comfortable. Lovely bathroom (powerful shower), spacious, modern, nicely decorated and very peaceful. Very convenient for a stopever as it is easily accessable from all terminals. |

Relaxing,lovely,and also good for vocation.(Remarks:I would like to suggest and give some suggestion to the management to improve for hotel guest vehicle parking issue, due to car park parking fees is too expensive so i wish the management to take it this case to improve as soon as possible for the hotel guest Thank You.)
