The hotel is located at terminal 3 which is perfect for my flight. No free wifi in the hotel which is annoying. And even though the room looks clean at first sight, the bathroom is still smelly and some facilities are apparently too old.

Only the Location was suiting my requirements. The charges were too high and the hotel does not fit the 5 star category. It seems like a 3 star hotel. No fruit basket is provided in the room and the Room service menu is very limited .

The location is perfect. Such a hotel, does not need to bill for the internet service, even 1 or 2 star hotels do not bill for it. You need to inform clearly to the custumer the real price of the room when the hotel is booked, I was given a price (without taxes) and when I got the bill, other charges were added. NOT CLEAR

The location, right next to the airport was excellent. Easy to access to and from our flights. Ideal. The rooms were well designed with plenty of space and quality presentation, towells and toiletries. It was also easy to access terminal 3 shops and train to the city.

The room was beautiful, well designed and equipped, very comfortable and very clean. The location for an overnight stop on route to London from Australia was perfect as it has direct access to terminal 3. The evening buffet was amazing. Nothing. It was all good.

The room was comfortable and perfect for the one night stopover in Singapore for an early flight the following day. The tv did not work initially, but quickly repaired after a call to the front office. The occasional table was poorly placed and caused a trip hazard, fortunately nothing broken.

Convenient for airport, good breakfast. Very poor restaurants for dinner, bad service, limited choice, poor cocktails at bar. Not up to international standards. Air conditioning downdraught in rooms is irritating when trying to sleep.
