The staff of the Hotel is very friendly and cooperative. The most important is the location of the hotel as it is siutated in the middle of the orchard road and near to good shopping Malls. The rooms need to be renovated as there decore is old now. |

No problems. Even an initial issue where staff put us in a room which had been "used" was sorted by them immediately with minimal fuss and effort required by us. No other problems at all. There was no airconditioning in the lifts! |

We checked in very early in the morning without any problems. Room was good size and very comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. After checkout our luggage was securely stored for us all day. Great location in middle of Orchard Road shopping area. Would stay here again. |

Location and staff was great. Room was spacious. No ramp for children stroller at the exit of hotel. Price was not same as in the booking, example weekend rate was not included, have to pay a flat rate for the whole 4 nights. The male tour desk guy was very rude when we decline his offer.There is no early check in as our flight arrive at 10 am, have to wait till nearly 2 pm. |

Good location on Orchard Road, central to most amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially concierge services Excellent reception area, but extremely disappointing standard of accomodation, rooms very dated and poor standard of maintenance in bathroom, especially considering cost of hotel. Definitely 1 - 2 star only. |

Right in the heart of town. Convenient The price on the booking was $1300, but the actual cost when I checked out was varied, and different. At $1,653, which is no different from direct booking? I thought I paid online, but the hotel charged, and charges differently nightly. They gave me an older room because it's an internet booking, and the room smells . I changed to another room, and it smell of cigarettes in non smoking room. |
