The location is perfect for those who love shopping as the shops are just within walking distance. Saves me from all those taxi fares and no traffic jams for me! I stayed at superior room and it is spacious enough to fit my family (2 adults and 3 children). Anothing thing I like about this hotel is the staff. I never see any sour faces during my stay. I felt very welcomed. |

Location of the hotel is superb. Temparature of air conditioning is not controllable though there is a temparature panel in the room. |

Great Location. Right in the center of Orchard Road. The price is moderate compare to the other hotel in the area. Room is too old. The carpet was having bad smell. Short ceiling room. Moderate room size. Hotel staff is mediocre, I need to wait for 10minute for concierge when I need to keep my luggage after I check out. |

I've stayed at this hotel with my husband twice before, so we sort of became familiar with it. It's great in terms of location, right at the heart of Orchard Road, near all the places I needed to go to while we were there. And through booking.com we got a good rate. Upon arrival we were told that our room would be available at 12 noon. We returned after 13.00 and still we had to wait for 10 minutes for confirmation on the availabitlity of our room. |

I enjoy to be on Orchard Road where the fairy of New Years was present and very lively, very close to the tourist office for information about tours in Singapor. The access to the swimming pool was not great throw the service stairs!! |

The location is excellent and is in the center of Orchard Road. The gym facilities need to improve. Not even a treadmill in the gym whihc is a basic in a gymnasium. |
