The staff were very good and professional. We had no hot water - but we did not inform staff - we accepted it. The tv had very poor reception - but we did not inform staff - we accepted it.

well i booked a double room but i was given a single . i checked in late since my flight landing time was late which had been informed before. but i think they just take it for granted the fact that we have already paid the charges early... dissapointing !!!1

One of the cheapest hotels in the city but can see that on the quality. Noisy place because of the traffic and the hotel staff. Bed not comfortable because mattress was vinyl plastic.

I like crystal hotel for its provide larger space than others. I booked for crystal but I stay in emerald fragrance hotel due to air conditioner breakdown on the day. Emerald fragrance is new clean, comfort but noise due to renovation work is in progress. Fragrance crystal is alway fully booked. It hardly get a room to stay

Fragrance Hotel Crystal is very nice even though it is far from downtown Singapore anyway there is the mrt. The staff are nice but the internet access is not free :(. If ever I will go back to sg I will still consider a booking at Fragrance Hotel Crystal. Internet access is not free:(

The only benefit stay at this hotel is this area can get food and grocery shop almost 24hours everyday. For sure not those very nice food or famous shop. This hotel is in Singapore red light district area, strongly not recommend to female solo backpacker or any female traveler. Facilities in the room is old and dusty.
