The price on an f1 weekend. Staff were helpful. Room was quiet Hotel in red light street. Room very small, window leaked when it rained and luggage got wet

Good for value money, what can I expect for a s$50 in Singapore, but with the arrivals of all new hotels at the same price, I am affraid Fragrance Crystal will be loosing its market. Unless those whom their visits just for looking "lady escorts". But this place definitely not for groups, fit, or business !! First room they gave me full with cockroaches, the room I stayed (#220) was alright. Location is only for those who wants to pay lady escorts , this area is a strict "red-district" .

This hotel is located at geylang street. The worst part Is a lot of prostitute outside the road along the street. Not suitable for ladies who are traveling alone.

During my stay in Fragrance Crystal found that the cleaner forgotten to put in towel in my bathroom. Paper tissue left only few pieces. As I requested high floor but they give me only at 3rd storey.

I like crystal hotel for its provide larger space than others. I booked for crystal but I stay in emerald fragrance hotel due to air conditioner breakdown on the day. Emerald fragrance is new clean, comfort but noise due to renovation work is in progress. Fragrance crystal is alway fully booked. It hardly get a room to stay

Fragrance Hotel Crystal is very nice even though it is far from downtown Singapore anyway there is the mrt. The staff are nice but the internet access is not free :(. If ever I will go back to sg I will still consider a booking at Fragrance Hotel Crystal. Internet access is not free:(

the facilities were good however location is not suitable for families but for me budget was a concern too therefore chose to stay there Internet was charged. Internet being so cheap nowadays, it doesnt make sense to charge customers.

The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions with regards to where to go and what bus to take since we have been using the mrt most of the time.. i forgot a souvenir picture which must have slipped under the bed. i asked a friend to call fragrance hotel-crystal and they were able to locate the picture and was given to my friend... i am that even when i am no longer in singapore i know that i can still reach fragrance hotel crystal if i need anything.. The bed was too hard but maybe it's just me... But overall we had a great time in the room...
