Hotel 81 Elegance  

It's a "love" hotel and the room is not mopped.

After initial fight with the head of the reception where I insisted that I will ask for my money back if the rooms will be noisy everybody started to behave very professional. First I was given a room without a window which was not a problem for me as in the first place I wanted the room to be quiet. The room had a stale smell and it was very poorly cleaned - some left-hair, dirt were evident on the first sight. After I complained I was given an upgrade of a nice room with a big window on the quiet street side. The noise coming from the corridor of people going into their rooms was there but the aircon noise masked it a bit. In general it was not too bad. The rooms are small and basic.

The bathroom was very clean when we arrived. Wifi was very nice.

Cr was not really cleaned on our second day. Hotel had a weird smell across the lobby at the 3rd floor. Just very few channels available.

The staffs are extremely friendly. They would suggest me to book through booking.com when I want to extend my stay so that it will be cheaper.

A bit far from mrt, but still walkable distance. No big supermarket such as cold storage nearby. Maybe there is but I didn't go and find out as I was on a business trip, and couldn't be bother to.

The room is clean.

The room is too small and no window,if in our place,we called it not room but square box.

The rooms are too small.

Besides price, one of the most advantage of Hotel 81 Elegance is free use of Wifi in the room, even though we ask the password for the Hotel staff everyday. It takes within 10minutes from the nearest station "Lavender", but difficult to find the Hotel. Because the Hotel is located behind a foodcourt and the GoogleMaps in the phone doesn't indicate the correct point.

Accomodation is a bit old so that it is sometimes noisy.

This is the wort hotel I seen in my life, rude cust support.. I extended my stay for 1 day these gies charged me $22 more. Poor room service. Only 2 bottels of water for whole day. Worst coffie machine with lot of smell. Rooms are to conjusted.

Prices were very cheap! The mrt station is very near and the food court in front of the hotel is excellent.Room was clean.

My room didn't have any windows and it was very small. On the 1st day we aksed the staff at the reception for a map of the city and one of the mrt station but they didn't have any. The bathroom was small and you cannot take a proper shower because there's no apposite tray and the water goes everywhere.

It was central and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful - very pleasant people. The accommodation was basic, but adequate - not luxurious, but good value for money.

It was cheap and cosy ,very quit ,under the hotel and the surrounding area are chinese singapoarians ,very near to the lavender station 1 minute to lavender food court,foot massage,cheers food store,15 minutes to farrer park metro station and city center mall.i'd like to thank james and the two malay girls they were very helpful and friendly

There is no fredg in the room no place to arrange your cloth and stuff,so many custmers come and go for one night stay.?????????

The location is convenient and there are plenty choice of food at the Food court just opposite the hotel. The convenience store Cheers is just next door.

When we requested for the use of internet wifi, the reception wanted to charge us $10.00 even though it was stipulated that wifi is free.
