It was possible to find free wi-fi at my room. Hotel wi-fi internet was very expensive to use. Complimetary water and coffee.

I supposed to have a non-smoking room, but it was stinking anyway. There was no place for luggage - even one large bag could not be fitted. The A/C was loud, there was no shower cabin - so the bathroom was wet after all. Dirty blankets.

There's a lot of food choice near from the hotel. Kalang MRT access is only one block, it only need a walk for less than 10 minutes. Bus station is very near too just take a walk not more than 5 minutes then you can go everywhere using bus.

The room is very small...

This hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the Kallang MRT station, which provides easy access to both downtown Singapore and Changi Airport. Also, it is very affordable as compared to other hotels in Singapore, which translates into a good option for backpackers.

Staff not friendly at all. Mr. Vincent just kicked our bags into the storage room when we asked him to keep the bags until the afternoon. Rooms quite small. We hardly could fit our luggage in the room. The hotel is located in a poor area of the city (although quite safe), so do not expect to be in the middle of the well-advertised attractions of Singapore.

I don't mind staying in small room so long as the toilet is clean. I am satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness

It was easy walking distance to the metro system which was a cheap and effective way to get around Singapore

The rooms were small but as we were out sightseeing all day this did not matter. The location of the hotel was in a poorer district which was also the red light area so this was not agood hotel for a family.

Staff is very OK. and Very OK room price. I can go to the MRT nearly. and the hot water in restroom is very well. but around the hotel is not ok but I'm not serious.

Just the location is alright

Hopeless customer service. The A/C broke down in the middle of the night. We were made to change rooms...for a honeymooning couple they provided a twin bed instead of a double bed which was booked. At 2.00 AM made to change room and no help from any staff had to pack and lift the entire luggage and shift. No compensation given back...They charged us 30$ extra because we checked in 2-3 hrs early. The manager 'TED' said he will return the 30$ in lieu of the inconvenience caused to us in the middle of the night but he did not. Blatantly lied to us evryday and kept prolonging it till the last minute when we were running for the airport. Finally no refund or compensation. Over priced too for the crappy small rooms advertised as 'superior' rooms.

They charged me $10 GST at the time of checkout and they said it could be claimed at the Airport but it was a big con job. When I went to the Airport, they said there is no claims for GST on hotels. I felt cheated. The checkin time of 3 PM is also crazy because the check out time is 12. I dont see any logic. I had to pay $10 an hr for being in the room before the 3 PM checkin time.
