The FAIRMONT,being a very well-located luxury Hotel,we were able to easily explore areas of interest viz Orchard Road,Little India,Chinatown and the Colonial area including Raffles Hotel.Numerous dining options were also available in the Fairmont,Stamford,Raffles City Complex.A Very satisfying 5 night stay which we hope to repeat again sometime soon.Ps,Thanks again Fairmont for the lovely surprise Birthday Cake left in our room on my wife's birthday! |

Very courteous staff right from check in and offered a 4pm checkout to match our flight without us needing to ask. Rooms were newly refurbished and modern and spacious. Very quick response from the technician when an electrical fault blacked out our room in the afternoon. The scented candles in the lobby was a bit overpowering and got a bit much by the end of the stay. Happy hour at the poolside bar didn't include cocktails! |

Location is great - right above Raffles City Mall and City Hall MRT. Rooms are very comfortable & have great views; staff are very courteous & helpful. Recommended |

Convenient for airport, city transport, restaurants, some sights, and good shopping mall. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Friendly helpful staff, from doormen and cleaners to senior staff. We had stayed at the hotel before and Drinks in bar were a bit expensive in comparison with those elsewhere. |

It was just wonderful!!! We where make very welcome all times, the food was the best and the service great. I would love to stay at the Fairmont again. I'm everyone about how wonderful it is. I'ts the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and we travel a fair bit. I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Having come from Europe, the service was overwhelming. My particular room was huge, couch, desk with 2 chairs and a king size bed. It was great. Also having the metro in the same complex was an added bonus. I was not aware that I would be charged over an additional $50 odd for taxes, and what they called 'room charge' It was a great room, but expensive in the end. |

Rooms were clean and staff service was also very good. Liked tge balcony and bathroom was lovely. Room was modern and clean No- nothing to dislike- Except the pool area closes down too early. The food service in the pool/bar area closes at 6pm, it would be nice if that could stay open a bit longer |

It is located at City Hall Mall, so it is very convenience to get anything you need. The bathroom plumbing system like weird shower head and poor tub drainage |

I chose this hotel due to its reputation and location, centrally sited for everything and not too far to walk and as it was extremely humid whilst there. Fairmont hotels epitomise luxury and I doubt you would be disappointed. The hotel can be reached from the aiport by the MRT for $2, shuttle bus for $9 or taxi for $25 . Either choice will be quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and have all you would expect for your comfort and convenience. The hotel stands above a shopping mall, Raffles City, which is thankfully air conditioned and has a vast amount of shops and eating choices. All the staff I met were courteous and helpful. There are 2 outdoor pools and a large sun terrace as well as a fitness centre and spa. |

This was I think my 5th. stay at this hotel. As always, it was an excellent experience. I would advise to pay the extra sum for a club level room ("Raffles Inc." room), which are upward from the 22th. floor, and they give access to the lounge from 6:30 am though 10:30pm, with free internet, and free breakfast in the morning and free hors-d'euvres, champagne, wine, etc. in the evening. The hotel is in a complex with a large modern shopping center (Raffles City Mall), and a subway station (City Hall), and an air-conditioned underpass (also with many shops) all the way through to Suntec Ctr., Marina Square, and the Esplanade. |
