The hotel in is an excellent location for shopping and sightseeing with good public transport links nearby. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The breakfasts lacked a little in variety and the food was not always hot.The tennis courts enclosure slightly too small due to the shape and angle constructed. |

Quite ,clean and comfortable and ideal to overcome jet lag before arriving home, very close to city attractions. Internet connection was difficult to access and operate. Needs to be simplified. |

The location was rather good, close to sights, the subway and shopping. Beds were ok. The breakfast buffet was good and included in the price. It was rather worn out. |

We had a big room with a good view over Singapore. It is very close to the main shopping street, Orchid road and the MRT. Not much choice of breakfast. |

Nice location. Directly opposite Fort Canning Park. Loads of greenery. Access from Park Mall through its parking facility is the only question mark. But all things considered, it's a nice place to stay. |

Is a YWCA hotel but is not exclusive to female guests. Chose this hotel on price. Singapore is expensive period. this is good central location to orchard road and city centre including raffles hotel and very reasonable rates. Rooms are basic but well kept and breakfast is included. Can't go wrong with this really. |

The location is ideal and the facilites are more than adequate. First soft bed I have slept in Asia! Lots of families with young kids. For a solo traveler, it was a bit noisy at breakfast and early evening. |

The central location and the helpfulness of the staff in response to any problems or questions that we asked. Apparently no hot water is supplied to the wash hand basins in the rooms which makes wet shaving very difficult. |

Our hotel was very near to the MRT station so it made going around Singapore quite easy. |

The staff were very helpful on our arrival although our room was not ready. However we were able to get access by 12 noon. The bathroom was in need of a 'face lift' |

Location, low costs, nice scenary from upstairs. Pool facility felt more functional than lesuirely. No clear directions on how to get to the tennis court. No clear instructions on how to use the complimentary internet access; they wasn't a password to bar me from accessing the PC but no external sites can be accessed. |

The staff (f&b, Cleaners and Reception ) were all extremely helpful. Your night staff including the security guys and the baggage staff were fantastic - helpful and polite. No.It was really a 6 star service in a 3 star hotel. |
