Very good location, delicious buffet breakfast. Staff and room service quite good and friendly. No Internet access (but I used the city's free public WIFI at Starbucks 5 mins closed to the hotel), few plug sockets in the room for I just found one, none in the bathroom for hairdryer. Air conditioner very noisy for a light sleeper like me and a little too cold inside. No other major inconveniences remarked and I rather enjoyed the stay. |

its very near to the MRT station, affordable and room size, room cleanliness is acceptable. to find the hotel for the first time is difficult, no direction guidelines. we are not aware that we should go inside park mal for the nearest way to the hotel |

Close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Downtown. 20m to nice Fort Canning Park. Possibilty to store safely luggage after check out You can find several (not worse) hotels for the same money in Singapore. |

Location was excellent. This is not a complaint but just a statement of fact that we had no hot water for showers on the morning we were there. Again not a complaint but a useful suggestion is that when checking in it would be useful to have been advised that the pool was closed to guests due to a private function as we trotted up there for a swim only to find a wedding just starting!! |

5 minutes walk to Dhoby Gaut a major interchange, very accessible, there is a park right across the hotel, very good rates, clean room, clean beddings, clean towels, shampoo/lotion/soap/toothbrush provided, clean bathroom but poorly lit, separate door access keys given to us, excellent and helpful doorman, always ready to give tips on where to go Breakfast selection not too many choices |

The only good thing about this hotel is excellent location. Walking distance to the popular Orchard Rd & National Museum of Singapore. Less than 5 mins walk to mrt station. Service & staff were not friendly or helpful. No complimentary internet even in the lobby. |

It's a middle range of hotel not so far from the city and near to the shoppong complexes The hotel is a bit old and have some funny smells the moment I enter my hotel room but overall it's ok. Besides, the hotel situated at the back road so it is not quite convenient if you walk back at night. |

Friendly staff and prompt service Only drawback was internet services were charged at an exorbitant rate,they should've provide the broadband access free as other hotels does. |

Very near to the city center and very convinient as a value of maney. The air conditioning was not cooling enough in the room and the bathroom also too hot. |

yes, the only issue was, my flight got in late, and i got to the hotel arond 10.30p.mand i could not get anything to eat or drink, except the instant noodles or tea bag tea in the room. coffee shop closes at 10.pm |

Location in the centre of Singapore, quite close from the train station. Clean rooms. Expensive internet, access to the hotel may be a bit complicated but if you find the way it is easy then. |

The location is perfect, becuse it is in the city center and very close to MRT station. With those price, we can have good facilities including swimming pool and tennis ground. The room is oke. There is no free internet access in the room. if we want to use the internet, we must pay additional cost per hour. In other hotels with the same price, we can get free internet access in the room. |

Relaxing in the swimming pool and excellent location to local MRT station and Orchard Road The service (not personalised, took ages to be checked in, were made to feel like any requests of desk staff were an annoyance to them, no offer was made to relax by the pool while awaiting our check in time and after a 12 hour flight we were in need of some down time) noisy ventilation in our room, having two single beds instead of a double bed, old and run down furniature in room, shower recess had lime scale build up and looked unclean, noise could be easily heard from other guests in their rooms and in the hallways,the pool was delightful but there was barely any shade and the poolside furniature was poor and minimal |

Fcl is very good location hotel, closed to the shopping area just 15 minutes to Orchad and not more than 5 minutes to Dhoby Ghaut mrt and bus stop. It's good breakfast & services. Last but not least, everythings are excellent. |

Location. It is seconds from the MRT station and has one of Singapore's most famous shopping streets on one side and the beautiful Fort Canning Park on the other. Rooms are very spacious (bigger than my whole apartment in Hong Kong!) and the beds are comfortable. The towels were quite rough and thin - a friend came back for a shower one afternoon before dinner and I felt ashamed. Also the price was rather high (Formula One surcharges) but still good value compared to other hotels in Singapore. Walls were thin - I was woken every morning by the people talking next door and I could hear someone snoring as I walked down the corridor. |
