Fragrance Hotel-Imperial  

It was too far out of Singapore. The beds were vinyl covered and so the sheets came off when we moved in the bed

The hotel is very chip for Singapore! Good for staying for 2-4 nights!

Very poor and narrow rooms! There was no window! I did not know about it before!

Had a pool on roof - but unfortunately was out of commision until our leaving day. One staff member was very upbeat and helpful Was very handy for Lavender MRT - on a direct line to Changi Airport which meant didnt have the expense of taxi's to and from airport Had airconditioning-- (essential in our expensive stuffy broom cupboard)

Family room was a windowless 'broom cupboard' - apparantly all the family rooms in the hotel are the same, ssituated between the stairwell and the lift shaft!! Don't stay in the familly room here!!-- very very claustrophobic!

Easy access to MRT. Seven Elevel shop in the groud floor.

Very Very small rooms. Same breakfast every day.

Hospitality and good value for money spent

Easy to find, just minutes from the mrt station. Fair price for what you get which is basic but it has a shower, large beds and air conditioning which is more than enought for the traveling couple.

Was noisy at times, especially in the early hours with what we assumed to be security and house cleaning...... But at 2am?

The place is worth the price. Also, it's just a quick walk away from the nearest MRT station.

Internet was expensive. A 2-hour wi-fi service for your room costs 5 SGD.

The hotel's location is hard to find. All taxi drivers don't know the place, even if we gave them the complete address. It took us over an hour to finally locate the hotel. The room that was first given to us had so many cockroaches. We requested to be transferred and in fairness, they accomodated our request.

O hotel não zela pela limpeza na área do banheiro do apartamento, a agua do chuveiro não esquentou em nenhum dos momentos utilizados e, para ajudar, logo de princípio, minha solicitação de disponibilização de um apartamento com duas camas de solteiro não foi inicialmente atendida. Essa solicitação, para ser respeitada, dependeu de uma discussão intensa e endurecida com a atendente da recepção, situação que não quero passar na condição de viajante em nenhum hotel, pois basta informar que não há como atender a solicitação que eu ou qualquer cliente faça, para que eu possa escolher outro estabelecimento. Grata.

Non avevano prenotazione! Passi per la camera senza finestra ma....vedasi doccia.... Notte in bianco per forte rumore, credo, dell'impianto di condizionamento, tv con 7 canali. In Vietnam e Cambogia soggiornato in 7 alberghi, tv con 50/60 canali. Personale supponente al ricevimentom e scostante alla colazione. Chiesto uova strapazzate: assolutamente no! Scegliere una delle due proposte. Quando richiedo la ricevuta del pagamento, con un sorriso ironico, mi viene data. Niente firma per pagamento con carta di credito e, ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto conferma dell'addebito da parte di Mastercard. Per me, da cancellare! Cordiali saluti.
