Very modern and clean. Nice, helpful staff. The rooms are very small, but the price makes it perfect as "just a place to sleep". No Internet. (Not even in the lobby). I had to go next door to Hotel 81 and buy a $us10.00 Internet card to use. I write this in Nov 2011 - they said that they are "working to get Internet". Also: Some rooms do not have windows. If this is important to you, ask for it.

Inside town area. Convenient for shopping and traveller. Got 7-eleven , Nasi Kandar and etc , easy for the guest who stay there. The staff is warm welcom and hospitality, they buy gift for my children ages 3+ old, show caring and pay attention to the guest, make me feel important and comfortable. Not convenient for pick up or droping guest bcos no proper area at the front of hotel. It is too risky to drop at main road bcos of traffic. The room is a bit small for family stay.

Courtesy bus was booked to connect with flight, which didn't show up at the airport. Booking 7 payment was made through the web, however upon arrival I was notified that the booking was made but becaause the payment goes through another system I still had to pay for the room at 0130 hours Singapore time after a 9 hour flight.

- I did not like the smell of durian fruit seeping through the lobby & the room. - There was no shampoo in the room. The liquid soap did not discharge properly. - Problem also on the hot & cold water. There seemed to be very little hot water. - We did not like the night time lobby staff. Not that courteous and accomodating as compared to the daytime staff. - We booked a room with two separate beds (as seen on the internet) but what was given to us was a single bed - how come?

this is a typical place where people take prostitutes for acouple of hours. The guests a awake till late night and keep on banging the doors. No business travellor or family should stay here. I selected this hotes as I wanted to stay near little india. But found out that it is far away and it takes $ 8 by taxi to reach serangoon rd.

The hotel is near to the bus stop and mrt Serangon. We are check in midnight, and it's so "couple" hotel. Really not for family or just friends hanging out.

The room was regularly cleaned/tidied to a good standard. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very small. There was no access to wifi.

The toilet seat was stained with sheet that I didn't notice until when I had to use it the next morning. One of the towels didn't seem to be clean. A lump of tissue paper was under the table.

For this kind of price you can't complain much. The lady recept is good but she's just too short handed on her own. Bear in mind this place caters for short time. So if you are offended pls stay out. Room was without window so abit weird. Also last min booking was not recognised by recept as their booking are manually handled
