Friendly and helpful staff, clean bed sheets:) Though WI-FI was available (complimentary, thanks:) it had so slow speed that I couldn't work from the hotel:( Unfortunately, it didn't open any webpage sites.

The place was nice and clean. It is good for a couple for a weekend holiday in the city proper who just needs a place to sleep in. It was near public transportation. I like it that they have a hair blower since I left mine. The wifi was incredibly useful as well. It was quite far from the city proper or from places worth seeing in Singapore.

- Good value for money. - Strategically located close to Seranggon Stn. - Friendly staffs. - Definitely not suitable for family with young children.More like transit/love hotel rather than family hotel. - Dirty towels and bedsheet (blood stain). I have to spray disinfectant before letting my son sleep on the bed.

For this kind of price you can't complain much. The lady recept is good but she's just too short handed on her own. Bear in mind this place caters for short time. So if you are offended pls stay out. Room was without window so abit weird. Also last min booking was not recognised by recept as their booking are manually handled

Room is Clean and staff are friendly, Beside the hotel there is 24hour coffee shop and 7eleven,good for those who are staving at night you still can get some food, nearby there is a shopping mall ,you have to take a bus ,2 stop away or else you can choose to walk there...Going to town area is about 15mins by taxi...To airport is about 20mins...is quite convenience... You need to ask the staff for room cleaning or else they won't clean for you,toilet is abit too small ..well ! budget hotel ,can ask for much...

1. Not clean. We saw some ants on the table in the room and requested for a change. They were willing to change another room for us, but we still saw a few ants on the table. There were also a few pieces of hair in the shower. 2. We saw some young couples waiting in the lobby on Friday night. We doubted if this is a love hotel for couples. 3. It is difficult to control the temperature of air conditioner.

Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was being redecorated during my stay and so there were paint fumes and lots of noise. When I spoke to the staff they were helpful and changed my room, but I do wonder why they put me on the floor which was to be decorated in the first place with no mention of the situation.

The hotel is near to the bus stop and mrt Serangon. We are check in midnight, and it's so "couple" hotel. Really not for family or just friends hanging out.
