I like that the hotel is clean but the room is too small and it is not too far from TAN TOCK SENG hospital

Staff were friendly & helpful.Bus stop conveniently located nearby which can easily connected to the mrt for ease of connection to all parts of the Island City,Good storage facility for guests who need to check out late.There is a nice huge food court located 3 mins walk across the hotel. There a huge variety of authentic asian hawkers food and they are fantastically tasty and cheap.!

Not very impressed with the size of the room which basically can accommodate only a queen bed leaving pretty little room for anything else.. It's Ok for a couple to stay but with little children, then the room definitely not recommended.

The photo that they put on their advertisement are very different with the real rooms. Rooms and beds were very small and there was not any refrigerator there.

Fagrance hotel rose is good place to stay.

Only staff is not really cooperative as we reach early morning 6am we ask for early check in reception ask pay half day we agree latter hotel staff tell us no room ur booking last movement done so u have to wait .I really disappointed .any how not good experience on line booking.

The price was equal w/ the room and facilities. It's cheap that's why the facilities were at minimum. The location was good too, near bus stop and night market. The staffs were very helpful. It's perfect for travelers who just look for a place to sleep because most of the time they're outside traveling around.

The rooms are not sound-proof so that at the first morning we stayed there we could here guest from next door was making love with a prostitute. It was nasty and noisy (the uh-ah yes voice). Luckily all of my children are mature already, so we were all just laughing at it and making noise to disturb that couple. I can't imagine if my children are little, I don't know how to explain to them that kind of noise. So, I do not recommend to bring little kids here, you know everything could happen.

Very Very Small Room

Room was small but clean. Mrt station was far. Staff was really helpfull. Good if you'r staying out all day and wan't cheap&clean place to sleep.

The staff, most especially Khris, was very accommodating. I was billeted initially in a room without wardrobe. I asked for a room change and my request was accommodated within 2 hours.

The bathroom is configured in such a way that the outside floor also gets wet when you take a shower.

Staff is nice and friendly. They respond to all your requests, always trying to help you and make your stay comfortable.
