The hotel reception some of the staff members were very rude and not supportive, but the hotel rooms were clean and very small & compact. The hotel location was bit of a distance from mrt and required a bus or taxi to go there. Walk to mrt might be 15 to 20mins.

locastion is good. staff hotel/reseptionist no good i don't know, the price contract first 4 night sgp 308 but when check in the resepsionist said only charge one night dan they charge again for 3 night and totally sgp 365.60 why can changes? please help to clear this case. thanks Jesus bless you

Staff were friendly & helpful.Bus stop conveniently located nearby which can easily connected to the mrt for ease of connection to all parts of the Island City,Good storage facility for guests who need to check out late.There is a nice huge food court located 3 mins walk across the hotel. There a huge variety of authentic asian hawkers food and they are fantastically tasty and cheap.! Not very impressed with the size of the room which basically can accommodate only a queen bed leaving pretty little room for anything else.. It's Ok for a couple to stay but with little children, then the room definitely not recommended.

the staff are very friendly and accommodating...the room is always clean and tidy..the sheets and pillows are clean...budget friendly and good location...near and accessible to orchard road... the bathroom is very small and the water leaks outside to the bedroom every time i use the shower...room 210.

The photo that they put on their advertisement are very different with the real rooms. Rooms and beds were very small and there was not any refrigerator there.

Fagrance hotel rose is good place to stay. Only staff is not really cooperative as we reach early morning 6am we ask for early check in reception ask pay half day we agree latter hotel staff tell us no room ur booking last movement done so u have to wait .I really disappointed .any how not good experience on line booking.

--The size of the room where we stayed with my wife just good enough for the two of us --the room is clean with good light --They provided us with toothbrush but no toothpaste --there!s no bathsoap and shampoo --the comfort room is too small for a big guy to take a shower since the combine shower and cr.

I did not like anything of Fragrance Hotel-Rose. I was so disappointed when arrived there. The room is too small and dark. The service is not good. I will never come back this hotel again. Really bad impression.

The staff, most especially Khris, was very accommodating. I was billeted initially in a room without wardrobe. I asked for a room change and my request was accommodated within 2 hours. The bathroom is configured in such a way that the outside floor also gets wet when you take a shower.
