The area where the hotel is situated is convenient for Bangladeshi/ Indian people, becoz Mustafa centre n Serangoon plaza is within walking distance, where all indian food and shopping is available. I did not like the check in time, it is from 3pm. It must be at 12 noon. |

Very kind staff who did the best to make the staying more comfortable. Yes, the bathroom and the toilet room located in very narrow room and using the bath is unpossible task. Beside that', the staff worked all to let us comfort staying. |

We were allowed to upgrade our room, at promotional rates! Reservation guys working at the hotel are not flexible and not helpful at all. Don't think staying in the same hotel in future!Nothing interesting, after checking-out I checked-in Hotel 81 Dickson, was much better, with more flexible and helpful staff! |

The hotel is located in the centre with great access to MRT and buses. The rooms are clean but they are very very tiny. It is bit difficult to move around inside the room. It should be a room ideal for a couple who will spend most of the time outside. The pool in the roof top is clean. Size of the room |

Swimming pool, breakfast Rooms are really small, bathroom was just one smal toilet and the shower was on the wall, so when you had a shower, the whole room (about 1x1,5m) was totally wet. Quite impractical. |

The staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is great, 10-15 mins walk to Bugis, 5 mins to Little India MRT. Lots of Indian food to choose. The "sound-proof", of course. Thanks to a crazy or perhaps drunk lady, I was awake for almost 3 hours in the middle of nite. |

The rooms were clean and the pool on the roof is great after a hole day of sightseeing. The breakfast is no buffet. you can choose between 5 or 6 different styles of breakfast (continental, american, etc) and the food isn't that great. |

The staff are fabulous being informative, hospitable, highly professional and welcoming making a tourist feel at home. Yes. I would suggest an alternate daily menu for breakfast would perk up a guest each morning. |

It was close to everything that we needed, was clean and the staff were great. the room and beds that we were in were on the small side so our feet hung over the end of the bed, but I would stay for short trips again. |
